Review: This is a fun item! - So I bought these for my 12 yr old for his birthday. They were a big hit! He loves instant noodles & wanted chopsticks. Then he heard about these. They are pretty cool & easy to use. Once you understand how to pop the part that lights up off of the sticks so you can wash them you are good to go! Be careful when cleaning! PRO TIP: When someone throws them in the sink (big nono!) & the next person wanders by to wash their hands & gets them wet, pop the batteries out, throw them in a bag with some silica packs overnight. Replace the batteries if necessary. That is your best bet for saving them! (We tested it for you! Ugh!) We do like this product & would recommend to a friend or give as a gift!
Review: Replace the Batteries When You Get Them - I read the reviews after I bought them and before I received them and was a bit worried when I saw how many people were having issues with at least one chopstick not working. When I first got them, I unfortunately had a similar issue, where when using them, one of them would turn off on its own. I actually had some new batteries handy and decided to switch them out. Switching out the batteries was a tedious process, to say the least, as there were wires in the way and the batteries didn’t want to go in right. But with some help from a family member, we were able to get the new batteries in. I haven’t had any problems since, they work great now.

A: Hello, you can just scan the QR code on the back of the box and it should take you to messenger and your automatically registered.

A: Yes there should be a cloth carry pouch inside a box.  Amazon May have shipped you the wrong product. Try contacting the seller through the order contact seller button and I’m sure they will resolve it for you.  They have been great for me in the past.

A: My son left his on and it lasted 2 days. Mine have lasted for over 6 months. I use them twice a month. Sometimes more, but I always turn them off.

These are certainly neat. They light up well and all the colors are bright and vivid. They are, however, a bit clunky to actually eat with. Certainly a novelty more than a utensil.
