Gah.** A: I used it for a night time cityscape mural indoors about 5 years ago. I'd read several reviews at the time, so I looked the directions over carefully before using it. There are some tricks to getting it to work. First, you have to paint a bright color (like white or yellow) underneath it. I think I used at least 2-3 coats underneath as I was painting over a black surface. Then I probably used another 2-3 coats of this paint over the top of the white/yellow undercoat. The lighting in the rooms were old standard florescent bulbs, and it would take about 30min of lights on to get it to glow when you turned them off. I would guess the effect lasts about a third of the amount of time that you had the lights on, so if the light is on an hour, it fades out after 20 minutes.
