The outer layer is composed of Enhanced Dri-Wright II polyester for rapid moisture wicking action and the inner layer is that same smooth hydrophobic Dri-Wright II for even greater moisture management. For optimum performance, wash before wearing. Turn inside out, machine wash warm. Do not bleach or use liquid fabric softener. Wow! They work!
First I tried an anti-blister goo, which didnt work. Then I tried these socks, which work like a charm! Ok, we'll, if I play racquetball for 3 hours in one day, I'll still start to get blisters, but these socks work great for up to 2.5 hours of exercise a day. Highly recommend!

Blister-Free Protection!

Very good sock for running. It has a double layer to help prevent blisters and keeps the shape of your foots to avoid wrinkles.
