Crenova Laminator 13 inch with Touchscreen 3-6mil Quick Warm Up Auto Off

I’ve been really happy with this laminator so far. It heats up quickly, is easy to use, and makes it simple to laminate papers, cards, and other small projects without a lot of hassle. The machine feels convenient for everyday use because it does not take long to get started. I also like that it has a wider format, which gives a little more flexibility for different document sizes and craft projects. I wanted to drop a comment regarding this amazing machine. This was a great investment. I love how large the inlet is, so if laminating sheet moves a little, you have wiggle room and it won’t be stuck. I had an issue with it, but the company helped me solve it. I am very pleased with them. If you are still thinking of buying it, think no more and do so.

**I am updating my review, as I've discovered that if you hold the on/ off switch for a few seconds the machine will turn off without problem. I changed from 4 stats to 5. *** I purchased this to replace the small one that I have. It seemed like a good price. It heats up fairly quickly and I like that you can choose the thickness. I've used it for my small craft business multiple times and this works really well. It's very easy to use. My only small complaint is with the on/off switch. It turns on extremely easy however its quite difficult to turn off. It doesn't matter how gently I swipe my finger over the on/off switch it won't turn off. I like the product so I've just begun unplugging it which is less aggravating to me. Please fix this. Otherwise its a great laminator.

I love that it gets hot fast, laminates thick laminate, I love the convience of hot or cold. Silent, very easy to set up, compact, great value for my money I would buy again.

This is my 1st laminator, so I didn't really know what to expect, as I've never laminated anything before either. It turned out to be quite simple. Just switched the button to "Hot", then a green light started blinking. Once the green light turned solid, I started laminating. I had a few dozen business cards and some certificates which I wanted laminated. I put a business card in a pouch (I used Apache Laminating Pouches, 5 mil, Business Card Size) , centered it, then inserted the closed end into the front of the machine. After about 10 seconds, the laminated card came out of the back of the machine. Then I just repeated the process, until I was finished. When I was done, I ran a sheet of copy paper through the unit to possibly clean any glue that may have gotten on the rollers. Overall, the unit ran perfectly. Super clear and no bubbles in the plastic whatsoever. I'm very pleased with this machine so far. I chose this Crenova laminator mostly because I wanted 13" and didn't want one with a paper cutter attached to the top of the machine. I figured if I needed a good paper cutter, I'd rather get one separately. The paper cutter which came with this works OK, but it's really not meant for heavy usage. You can only cut one thing at a time. It will cut through 5 mil laminate nicely, but if I had a lot of stuff to cut, then I'd probably want to use a guillotine-style paper cutter. Max size for this paper cutter is just 12" also, which is fine for my purposes. The corner rounder works OK too. It cuts through the 5 mil laminate cleanly. Another selling point was that this machine came with 25 pouches also (size: 5 A3, 5 A4, 5 A5, and 10 A6). So that saved me from buying more pouches, other than the business card-sized pouches which I needed.

I ordered this a little over a week ago, and I have to say the entire process has been a dream! Perfect for any sort of lamination, cold or hot!

Having never used a laminator before, this is super easy to use and does a fantastic job! This laminator is pretty quick to heat up and doesn't take long to laminate a full sheet of paper. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to laminate anything, especially for the price!

The laminator works great with the 2.8mil Amazon laminate but the BEEEEEP is way to loud to do crafts at night with someone sleeping in the next room. Something had to be done. I'll provide instructions on how to disable the beep below. You just need a screwdriver and something to grab the speaker. Don't worry, everything will still work without it. 1) Remove the foam feet on the bottom and set them aside. 2) Remove the 6 screws on the bottom. 3) Open it up and locate the speaker. It's directly under the power button attached to the same green board. It's a round black cylinder with a small hole on top. 4) Get some needle-nose pliers or whatever you can grab it with. Twist and rock it back and forth gently. It will eventually loosen then come off. 5) Put everything back together. Don't forget the ABS lever that likes to come off! Now we can laminate in peace without the beep noise! Easy 5 minute fix! Laminator still gets 5 stars because it works well and the beep might be wanted by some.

If you want a plug for using in Australia, be aware. This laminator doesn't come with an Australia/New Zealand plug. Grrrrr. Can't see anything about this detail on the information when we purchased.

The lamination not very effective to start with, then smoke came out of it and it was broken. Also received the machine without the Hole Puncher and Corner Rounder as claimed in the detailes

Very big compared to other laminators in the market. And expensive as well. I bought a different brand that works amazing light weight and compact in size for AED 70.

The machine heats up but the mechanism to move the sheet through the machine does not work
