U4 Wireless in-Ear Monitor System Professional IEM System Transmitter and Beltpack Receiver for Studio, Band Rehearsal,Live Performance (U4)

This thing is the real deal. Ive use psm 900's and 300's, senheiser, and my current cheap wireless iem system the phoenyx psm-10. Although not stereo, this thing is amazing! No noise, and swapping from my headphone cable to this on my Aviom with my Westone ampro x30's, the audio quality was the same, although I did need to turn up the aviom just a bit to match volume. Pro: Super clear flat audio to my ears that sound just as clear as the Psm 900 I use at a local venue, tons of volume on tap at the receiver unit. Great lows and highs, and no pops or noise. Cons, when used with a wireless soundboard (in my case a Soundcraft Ui24r) these will knock out the wifi on the mixer. You need to make sure your mixer is set to use 5g wifi and not 2.4, although you really should use a router with any wireless soundboard and not the built in wifi for best results. Another con maybe the fact that it is Mono audio, but thats what the unit is so, know that you wont be able to pan things left and right in your ears. Overall a great unit that is way better than what it could be, and I'm happy about that. It really is a crazy clear great sounding wireless iem system.

I have had this U4 set for about 6 years now and is used every week for worship services. It lasts through practice and 2 services without a problem and still has enough charge to last for another practice or service. If you're looking for an excellent wireless option, I recommend it. Works great in a Behringer P16 Mixer.

Dollar for dollar and pound for pound, you WILL NOT find a better in-ear system than what you're looking at right now. I've used virtually every brand on the market and, for the money, these are miles ahead of the competition. The have a reasonably flat response (where many are bass-boosted thinking that everyone wants to just hear the thump). But not here... these are much more balanced and offer the whole range of sound in your ears to provide a quality, flat response, with good volume control on the belt and interference-free connectivity with the base unit. It's exactly what you're looking for as a musician... you want to hear EVERYTHING. Including the click. And, this is your best route to go. Well made. Well designed and thought out. And sounds great. All at an unbelievable price!!!

I’ve been using this wireless guitar system for rehearsals and live performances, and it has worked really well. The connection is stable, the sound quality is clear, and the setup only takes a few seconds. It gives me the freedom to move around without worrying about cables. The battery life is good, and the transmitter and receiver feel solid and lightweight. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the range could be a little better in crowded environments, but for most situations it performs very well. Overall, it’s a great value for the price and a reliable choice for any guitarist looking to go wireless.

The Xvive U4... where to start. Well, let's be honest - the reason you're probably looking into this product is because it is by far the most affordable wireless in-ear solution. You're probably skeptical, and that's fair. The less expensive wireless units often run into interference issues with WiFi and cell phones. I've used the U4 in a couple different venues so far and although there have been small glitches, all it takes is just finding the right channel. There are 6 channels to sort through, each with 3 sub-levels. That's 18 total frequencies you can use. I'm not a technical person and I don't know how to describe it, but the U4 has worked perfectly every time I've used it. If I run into an interference issue, I just switch to a different frequency and I'm good to go. In the past, I've set up the transmitter at front of house, well over 100 feet away, past audience members with cell phones, wireless routers in the way, and god knows what other radio frequencies the government is spying on us with... lol. The U4 performs perfectly in the first one or two channels I try. You're saving a lot of money by going with the Xvive U4 over the Shure equivalent, but I notice no difference in performance. I play at a church that uses the Shure system and I've switched to bringing my own U4 now since it frees up the Shure reciever to give to one of the other musicians. The only downside is that the Shure is stereo and the Xvive is mono. Really, that's a pretty insignificant though. The U4 is rechargeable! Both the receiver and the transmitter can be recharged with USB mini. A regular USB splitter to dual mini USB cable is provided with the U4, along with an adapter for XLR to 1/4" TS for the transmitter. Also included is the vinyl pouch, which lives in my guitar case now. Overall, I have been so happy with the U4 that I've been recommending it to everyone I can. My church just has three Shure kits for the music director, lead guitarist, and drummer, but I know now it'll be easy for them to expand to include the other musicians as well. I would definitely recommend the Xvive U4 to anyone looking to get into running an in-ear monitoring setup. If I had one suggestion to make to Xvive, it would be that I would love to see a charging station made for receivers and transmitters if someone wanted to outfit their entire band with these. Right now it would be a mess of USB cables but with the charging station, everything could be kept nice and neat. Anyway, the U4 - buy one and give it a try at your venue to make sure it runs smoothly for you - although I don't expect you to have an issue. Returns are free on Amazon so what's the harm?

So I have been a sessions drummer on the road full time around 200 days a yr for the last 8yrs. I have used many different I.E.M. Systems in that time. I have to say this is the easiest I.E.M System I have ever used. The Xvive Audio U4 Personal Monitor System has great sound quality with any in ear or headphone I have put with it. Extremely clear and plenty of volume for Studio or Stage! The battery life on this is great. It is charged by micro usb and it comes with a double headed charging chord for both the reciever and the transmitter. It charges fast and lasts great. It says it has a 5hr battery life. I have not tested it to that extent but doing those long 4hr gigs, I have had no problems. It also says it has a 90ft range but I can say that I have def taken it further than that and had no issues what so ever. I believe that for the $ there is not a better In Ear Monitor System than the Xvive U4 wireless Personal In-Ear Monitor System. I would tell anyone to try this system out, and I do.. You will not be disappointed!!

Very clear, short range system. I’ve used it about 3 weeks now and I have to say I’m very satisfied. My band was using wired behringer packs that were huge and restraining so I replaced mine with this system. I have to say it’s been a great move. The clarity was immediately better with the xvive unit and I have been using the behringer a while. The pack is a bit bulky but still overall very small and light weight. My only concern is they have internal batteries that can’t be swapped on the fly. So don’t forget to charge them. I am a pro and play at least 3 times a week, mostly back to back. The unit has shown an incredibly long battery life but still you have to remember to charge them after each use or I’m sure they’ll die. Overall for the money they have been fantastic. They do drop out at around 100’ I’d guess. Basically the very back of a large auditorium but that’s not really a concern if your playing on stage.

This device was a life saver. We have two sign language interpreters who struggle swapping the one receiver we had. With two receivers they only need to go on the spot. The one transmitter we have broadcast to both receivers. PERFECTO!!!!

Only potential negative is that it is 2.4GHz, which can be more prone to interference. I do not undertsand why they include an unbalanced rather than a balanced XLR -> 1/4" adapter.... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
