Before ordering, I was a little concerned that the support arms attache in a single point and wondered if they would have a tendency to spin or wobble. However, I was impressed when I received the item and saw how it was designed to use the carriage bolt to keep the support arm straight. This item was very well packed and arrived on time. All parts were included for installation, including screws with heads that matched the finish of the metal back plate, as well as anchors for drywall installation. It functions well and seems very secure. I love how the stars are not just decorative, but functional pieces that serve as the nut to keep the rack secure. The star design is not only attractive, but also makes it easy to tighten by hand. I was able to get the stars aligned (all oriented in the same direction) and secure without much difficulty. It's been a while since I have been so happy with a product like this -- it's design, construction, appearance, etc... definitely a great value. In fact, I plan to order another one!

Works great and looks good. Some people asked a few questions I thought I'd mention in the review: Will it rust: I don't think so. The enameled paint on each hat hanger might rust if you left it outside for six months in the rain and then tried to use it, but it's designed for indoor use. Who hangs a $500 hat on something they left outside? Indoors I think it will last for many years with no problems at all. (I trust it to my $500 Silverbelly, which is as much acclaim as I can offer to anything.) Does it fit other hats: Yes, you could use each hat holder to fit a fedora, or any hat with a brim over I'd say about 2 inches with no problem. Not sure I'd put something small like a bowler in it, but otherwise it's fine. How is the spacing: See the picture below. I have a large grape - size 7.5 and it holds my Stetson clear of touching anything else, so I'd say you'll be fine. Can it hold more than 4 hats: If you don't have a cowboy hat or fedora hanging on a peg, you can use the curled hooks to hang something like two baseball caps as well. (I have a trinity cap hanging beside my straw in the picture below.) I'm very pleased with the purchase, the look of the item, and the construction.

Works great to hold cowboy hats. Very easy install and comes with all the screws you need. The front screws even match the color of the back plate which is a nice touch. Took maybe 5 minutes to assemble and hang. Looks nice and seems like great quality. Would recommend if you’re looking for a way to hang, store, or display your hats.

I tried and tried to find the same model I had previously purchased, but couldn't. I ordered parts from their website and reached out about the hardware, but they said what I had ordered wouldn't match. So, I ordered this, as it was the closest to what I had. My old one is mounted on western cedar, with a light bronze powder coat on the arms, with the star mounting hardware. The new one is metal, obviously. It is a much darker reddish brown that it appeared in the photos. I knew the arms were slightly different bend pattern (don't have as much turn on the ends) but they are also a bit thinner material. The spacing is different than my old model. I had planned to use a western cedar board and just use the arms and stars, but even the stars are different. they have the stud made to them now, instead of being threaded like the nut like the old ones. So now that I can't use the hardware to mount on a board, my biggest complaint is the depth of the bracket....the brim of the hat hits the back (next to the wall) before it sits in the radius of the arm...the old ones didn't do that. If you watch my video, no those are not the screws they sent; they sent powder coated screws to match, I just didn't want to use them.

Before, we would walk into any given room in the house and find a cowboy hat hanging on the back of a chair, on a bedpost, an over-loaded hat rack, the top of the door, ... if you have a cowboy in your home, you know what I mean... Well, my husband loves his hats! I counted them up and decided to purchase two of these to hang vertically on the wall in our mudroom. Now, all eight (yes, 8!), hats are neatly within reach as he walks out the door. But, the BEST part, is that when he returns, he walks right by it and places his hat back on the rack and not on a chair or door or the back of the couch!!! So now, I'm having a hard time deciding... ...did I buy these two hat racks for HIM, or for ME? Guess you could say it was a WIN / WIN for both of us! This company is also one of the best to work with that I've dealt with in a LONG time. They stand behind their product and really impressed me when I had a minor problem with an additional order I had made for my Dad. FABULOUS PRODUCT AND FABULOUS PEOPLE RUNNING THE COMPANY!

Handsome looking piece that cradles my Stetsons like a baby's bottom in a like name brand generic diaper. It comes with all necessary hardware to mount and literally takes two minutes to assemble. I'm tempted to get another one as a decor piece and as an excuse to get more hats.

Absolutely! I will keep this short and sweet. It's easy to assemble, and it holds my hats. Made in America which I like, and it looks awesome.

This hat rack is very easy to put together and hang on your wall. Cheaper hat racks have a thin wire with a rubber nipple on the front end of that wire to support the hat, which can come off and ruin a hat. This hat rack is very well made and the hat supports are thick and rounded. I will be buying another one just like it as I have more than four hats. You will be happy you bought this hat rack and not a cheap one.
