Water it down some!
As other reviews have mentioned, this stuff is quite sweet. I’d compare it to a jolly rancher. But when watered down a couple ounces more than instructions, it’s tolerable. The flavor is quite good, and I like how light it tastes compared to traditional protein powders. After you shake it up WAIT THE 30 SECONDS IT TELLS YOU. Or you will have a mess on your hands. Would definitely recommend this stuff and hope to see additional flavors in the future to cycle through.

Shake well and enjoy !!
I was worried about clear protein. I am very happy with the purchase! Make sure to make it in a larger bottle so there is room to foam. Let the foam settle and voila! I do not reccomend smelling it because it smells like a creamy powder. But if shaken properly it is clear and blue. I like the flavor.

nice alternative to chocolate powders
22g of protein seems to be the higher end of what you can get with these fruit-flavored powders, which is nice. Otherwise, the two most important aspects of this are how it tastes and how it mixes. Taste: I like the flavor of this. Others have noted that it tastes like cherry jolly ranchers, and it does, but it's slightly medicinal before you can get to that. We are talking about powdered protein and a bunch of other chemicals mixed into water, so I would expect there to be other things going on in the way it tastes. Overall it is fine, and a welcomed alternative to the endless varieties of chocolate and vanilla flavors that are easy to get tired of. Mixing: As others have said, it does not immediately blend, whether you have an agitator in your bottle or not. Shaking it creates a lot of foam no matter what, and a lot of the powder seems to clump on the surface. Letting it rest is the best way to have it all absorb. Normally I mix it a little the night before and leave it in the fridge for the morning and it is fine. If you need it right away, I've tried adding a small amount of water to the scoop and then making a slurry, then slowly adding more water while continuing to mix with a spoon. This seems to get most of it absorbed but there's still clumps.

Seriously good. A great alternative to traditional whey protein powders.
I wanted to try this protein powder because I genuinely do not enjoy drinking most protein powders. I tend to chug most of my shakes very quickly. I decided to try a clear whey because the idea of a fruiter sports drinkesque protein powder intrigued me. I have to say, MuscleTech's iso clear whey has impressed. This stuff is actually really good. If you've ever had an Ice Pop flavored Prime, it tastes pretty similar, and for me, that is a major plus compared to normal thicker chocolate or vanilla whey protein powders. It's also very fine and dissolves relatively quickly. The only real downside of this protein powder is that it gets pretty foamy/frothy after shaking and takes around 2-4 minutes to settle. Besides that, great product. The flavor is solid, and the macros are great. No real complaints here! edit: I would strictly recommend mixing this only with water. I mixed it with nonfat Fairlife because I was curious, and it's kind of gross LOL, but great with water. Additionally, it mixes well with nonfat Greek yogurt. Kind of get something similar tasting to gogurt.

Happy I repurchased in a different flavor
I first purchased the lemon berry flavor, and really liked the concept of the product as I hate the classic dairy-based chocolate and vanilla flavors. The lemon berry was probably a 6/10 flavor in my opinion, but I really liked the consistency and effect! Repurchased in Cherry and I’m so happy I did! There is a little hint of a chalky taste, but truly its something I’m happy to deal with to have a palatable protein powder. Listen to what the other reviews say - this does have a tendency to foam up and not mix too well. I make mine before i go to the gym, and let it settle in the fridge. Then I get a nice, cold, refreshing protein drink when i get home! Would absolutely recommend to anyone trying to get away from the regular sorts of protein powder

Great flavor and value!
This protein powder is a really great value for the price! Price: It's one of the cheaper ones available on here and there are an extra 2g of protein per serving (22g vs. the standard 20g) which makes it an even better value. Most fruity protein powders tend to be between $35-60 for 20 servings ($1.75-$3/serving) and for around $30 for 19 servings ($1.58/serving) this is a really good price per serving. Flavor/Texture: I've tried other fruit flavored protein powders since I wanted something easy to get down and this is perfect. Most of the ones you're supposed to mix with milk tend to be gritty and pretty gross in texture/flavor but this is actually delicious when mixed with water. I've found no textural issues either and there's not a huge protein powder aftertaste (iykyk). It genuinely tastes like blue-razz lemonade. It also has something in it to minimize foaming which really helps too, it settles much faster than ones I've tried before. Mixing: I don't use a shaker type bottle when mixing this since they are generally not worth purchasing if you already have a blender of some kind. If you already own one then by all means use it though. I've found that my immersion blender does a wonderful job in about 30 seconds. It'll foam up and expand so I use a really large mason jar to account for the space. Unlike many other powders I've tried it settles back in about a minute and there aren't small particles floating around. It becomes completely clear besides a slight blue tint from the added spirulina. Overall, I would highly recommend for anyone that doesn't like traditional protein powders and wants something that actually tastes good.

Does the job
Update: Now that I've tried the whole container, I still think it's overly too sugary sweet. Mix-ability is probably the worst I've tried for ISO Wheys. Extremely clumpy that doesn't dissolve well, even if I let it sit for 15-20min and shake it up every so many minutes in between, it all just floats to the top and sits like a layer of clumpy clusters of sludge. ________________ It's ok, not great but not bad either. The flavor is pretty darn sweet. It tastes like your drinking crushed up "Smarties" candy. Mixability is just ok too. You really need to use more water than you think to get it so it doesn't have a powdery texture in your mouth. It's finished consistancy pretty fuzzy and foamy though. But over all......it does the job.

It is what it claims, give it a try.
I like this protein powder. I order it because I wanted something high protein, low calorie, that tasted like juice. Mix ability: as you can see in the photo it does mix well and turns clear. I shook this up in a clear glass to demonstrate how the powder looks once mixed. I added the ice after mixing about 14 ozs of water, with 1 scope of protein powder using a wire shaker ball. After shaking it took less than a minute to turn translucent. Taste: the taste is OK, it's clearly artificial cherry. Not like cough syrup though, more like jello or an off brand drink powder. Texture: it's thicker than regular juice. I definitely recommend drinking with ice. Not only does it mellow out the artificial cherry taste it thins out the consistency a bit closer to regular juice. It's not powdery per say but there does seem to be a bit of powder like feel in your mouth after drinking, it almost leaves your mouth feeling dryer than it did before you drink it. That fine for me, it encourages me to drink more water after. Protein effectiveness: I ordered this to use as a snack substitute, to help me feel full between meals and hopefully give me a boost of energy instead of the normal crash I have from junk food. So far I feel like it does just that. Is it a delicious? Probably not but for a protein powder it's fairly light, drinkable, and does a great job at its intended purpose.
