A: Yes it is

**Q: Can anyone tell me the pinout for this cable? (Where the video and audio channels positives and the ground are on the 3.5mm jack?)**
A: It is not standard order for the tip and rings.  It is in the Kenwood manual for your receiver at least it was for mine.  I had to buy this cable or build my own.  The cable works great for me.
