Works great but tastes like crap. If your planning on using this product in something small like a cup of some drink then just take a shot if it and get it over with. When I use it I put a heaping scoop full in my large jug of BCAAs and it gets me through the day just fine. If diluted there’s no taste problems and works just fine. I highly recommend for energy boosts

I purchased this because I was looking for a caffeine supplement that 1) clean, no artificial sweeteners or chemicals 2) inexpensive. This definitely makes the cut for those items. It has a tiny scoop and 1 scoop is 220 mg of caffeine. Woah! If you do the whole scoop, it may hit you hard at first but then that levels out and there is good long lasting energy for the rest of the day. This has helped me to quit drinking soda and sucralose which is a huge win in my book. I will warn you, it tastes AWFUL. I haven't figured out what it can mix with to not taste gross so I just mix it with a medicine cup of water and shoot it with a water chaser. That seems to work pretty well. It mixes okay. I like the way it makes me feel because its good clean energy. There is no crash, no jitters, and I am able to sleep well at night.

March 22 2025Just recieved 3rd container of this product - I must say it makes a differance in my day. Helps give that little boost. I only take one small scoop in the AM ..I add it it to a juice stick flavor of my choice Its been working really well for me. No jitters, no racing heart.. as mentioned before it is in generally bitter so do add it to a juice or tea/coffee.Update Aug 8/18 2024 - must say the 1st container has lasted a long time. I do one scoop a day AM - The scoop size is about the size of the tip of my little finger - very small amount used per serving - I mix mine with a flavored drink zero sugar drink stick. I do feel more energy - no jitters or caffeine high feel.Will be placing my second order today. Have been very happy with the product. As mentioned in my 1st purchase - yes the taste is bitter... BUT you do need to mix it with a flavored drink. Works perfect that way.Purchased product to see if it would help with not being tired & energy. Tried product 4/30/24 first time. Used recommended dosage. The amount is smaller than expected. But I must say I did not feel tired. Did not have any jitters. For people that have eaten grapefruit, the rind is the bitter part. This product is similar to the same bitterness as grapefruit. I used to eat grapefruit all the time. .. the information is correct. A little dose will last you all day. I will write more of a review once I have been using this for awhile. So far I am happy with the results I had from just one day.

The product is great, tastes awful but gives you a good amount of energy.I took it twice, the first time I started feeling lower back pain, it got worse and lasted over a week. So I stopped taking it. I gave it another try and the lower back pain came back. No more.

This is a great way to get a multi-hour “boost” without feeling jittery. It’s subtle energy. It doesn’t taste amazing (reminds me of unsweetened tea) but I mix it with a little after flavoring and a glass of water and down it quickly. No issues. It’s not horrible at all. Just wouldn’t be my first choices of flavor for an “energy” drink. It also does not mix super great, and using one scoop in one 12oz glass of water can leave some granules, so I store quickly and drink before they have a chance to settle on the bottom.

Adhere to the instructions. 1 gram scoop; 220mg of caffeine. The 1g scoop measurer is in the container. Fish it out if you need. I like setting aside a fluid ounce or two of a stirred drink mix for taste since it is bitter. The natural caffeine symptoms are true; no crash. The intensity feels like being very productive for a long time. I’ve been using it for 2 months and drink it almost everyday in the mornings.

I have been buying this for a couple of months and at first the containers had a white lid and the product was GAS it was amazing. You could drink a shot of it and be set to go and more importantly not get nauseous. I purchased this to restock and now it has a blue lid, the product froths so bad and doesn’t dissolve like the one with the white lid. It also makes you want to puke with that hot caffeine induced flashy feeling. I’m really really sad because this was the STUFF and I always had a can with me. Now I have 2 blue ones and my body is telling me don’t consume this 😭 Please bring the old one back. Also I agree with the other customer that showed the differing pictures. The product lists the same exact ingredient but it doesn’t look the same. I don’t know what happened with the new batch.

Rating it a 3 because of how it alters the flavor of my drink; I make my own loaded teas. I've had no issues with mixability but I use 4 oz of warm water to mix my powders.I feel like I must have a high tolerance for caffeine because I don't really notice any side effects and I haven't noticed a big difference in energy level. I use 1/2 scoop since other powders I use also contain caffeine. I typically have a little over 200mg in my drink once everything is combined.I'll probably continue to use it unless I find something else with less after taste.
