I have done much research for the best possible water filter and jug, there are 100's all professing to be the best! I've had plastic ones before and in the UK we have much limescale in the water, leaving even one of them with a white coating that cannot be removed and looks awful. 1. The PH restore Glass Jug is superb! 2. The product is endorsed by a Dermatologist. There was a lab report on the product and not just for a single unit!!!! 3. I compared the PH cartridge to the Santevia product and it is very similar if you compare the layers in the cartridge therefore providing better PH in the water as well as Alkaline. 4. One of the most essential components of premium water is the TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) & mineral content. In addition I purchased the mineral stones separately from Santevia and placed them in my PH glass jug. 5. The water tastes great!!! I just need to find a way to test not only for the PH which 9-9.5 which is tops tops but for the rest. I hope this helps and remember to research the importance of having the right filter that gives you the maximum benefit in the quality of your drinking water. It's not about convenience.

This is the best water filter I've had. The water tastes delicious, I can't taste the chlorine which I have with other filters. I was looking for a glass or metal jug and this company has both but I went with glass and I'm glad I did as it looks lovely. The lid stays on tightly while pouring.

Looks smart, water is great. Filters are expensive, and don't let anyone put the lid in a dishwasher!!

We bought one of these and had two, this and a Brita (as we still had their filters to use up). My partner likes all the trends, so changing your pH was one she'd jump at (even though your body does regulate all of that). But, having two, made me think I'd like to keep two, because it filtered much faster and I as do the cooking, I had one to pour for stocks and such and another there so she could make her tea (and I didn't get yelled at for using all the water!! YAY!). Seriously, sure, having two water filters might seem daft, but this filters very quickly and it's not really as heavy as I thought it would be. I still pick it up with two hands because I've had many a glass handle on cups come off of the years, but it still feels very well made. I don't think there's any worry and it's balanced quite well. The rubber on the base comes off easily if you need to wash it all around. One thing, though, is the insert where the filter goes can be very, very difficult to get out the first time. Our second one had the rubber seal stuck to the glass and I was after it with a butter knife and several props to try and edge it open, and when it's glass...it's a bit nerve wracking. The first one came out very easily. Once it was out, it slid in and out with no issue. That's it really. Does the water taste better? Herself says it does. I...don't know...it tastes like water. But we had chlorine added to our well water, and then on the mains now, you are always getting the stories about how it's treated (or not), so it feels better having it filtered. In the end, it's easy enough to do and filters quickly, so I'm quite happy with it (and she's happy with it!!).

I received the order of PH restore water filter jug today. After opening the item, I found it was cracked at the rim near the bottom of the glass jug, which left splinters of glass at the bottom of the plastic bag. The splinters went into my fingers. I have placed the item back into the delivery box for return, as it is not for for purpose.

Water taste so much nicer using this water filter

This 3.5 L water filter jug ticks all the boxes that a product such as this should require. First of all, it is made from glass, so not micro plastic substances that could contaminate the water. It can hold a good quantity of water, and has an efficient filter (see please the technical description from the manufacturer) that last very long. VALUE FOR MONEY ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ EASE OF USE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ WEIGHT ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Regarding the customer services, we did have a small issue related to a small problem with the lid, which we reported to the company, and to our pleasant surprise, they immediately sent us a whole brand new jug. It would have been enough a new lid, but they were so generous and wanted to live up to their standards that they did that. I really wanted to like this jug, it’s glass and elegant, with a lovely bamboo style lid - but the practicality of it was lacking. It’s quite tall and the lid falls off as you pour. The silicone seals seem lower quality and I can’t comment on the quality of the filter because I didn’t get to that stage. I love the idea of glass filter jugs and hope that this design can be improved in gne future

Initial review after one day: my husband and I absolutely love it. It was easy to set up and the water tastes amazing. We were previously refilling five gallon jugs but after the fountains kept being out of order, we needed something different. My husband doesn’t like the taste of tap water, and I don’t like the taste of Brita water - it’s too tasteless. The water from this pitcher, on the other hand, tastes incredibly smooth, almost buttery on your tongue- in a great way. The closest thing I can compare it to is bottled water from the mountains of Crete, the best water I have ever tasted. The other thing is that the pitcher is so aesthetically pleasing. We have a set of thin walled glasses and the combination of the glasses and this pitcher is perfect. I’m over the moon.

Well designed

Very poor quality for that price, the glass handle started to detach from glass jar after year and half of use. The store is not responsive to fix the issue. I do not recommend to buy the product, unsafe to use.

Sostituire i filtri una volta all’anno è un grande passo avanti. Non amo la goccia impressa sul coperchio, avrei messo un colore neutrale nel silicone di sostegno, l’acqua nella caraffa così ha un riflesso strano, ma è comunque buonissima
