It is now GONE and I must purchase more. After researching and ending up at their website, I called them and asked the question. NO, was the answer no gluten in salt unless it is possibly "mixed" with something else. If I were you, I would double check with your medical team and call the company, they were great to talk to. **Q: Anyone have tried both the alderwood smoked sea salt and applewood smoked sea salt from this company? hows the comparison? thanks so much!**
A: I've tried only the Alderwood bc I prefer its smokiness over applewood. It's FAB! Make sure to have a glass bottle to transfer contents from plastic pouch; glass retains the flavor longer than plastic.

**Q: The truffle "flavor" is that a chemically made flavor?**
A: There are pieces of ground truffle all through it. And the aroma is awesome the flavor is strong and you don't need much to add good flavor to your dishes. I have enjoyed it. And I reordered. ( Simply because I have shared with others.  Lol )
