Awesome Gaming Chair
I have been using this chair for years. I originally bought one on Walmart and when I saw it here cheaper, I bought a second one. I still have it in the box but it's a good chair for the money and it's built solid. I'm six feet tall and weigh 205lbs and it fits me fine. It even has a thing that pulls out for your feet. You can literally take a nap in this chair. It's a good deal.

Easy to Assemble!
I received my chair yesterday and I was a bit taken back by all the negative reviews. However, most of the recent positive reviews gave me the push to buy this chair. I mostly wanted this chair because of the lower back support pillow, but also the leg rest it comes with. It's pretty great so far! I assembled this around 9pm at night with no help, and it took probably roughly an hour for me (give or take) since I had some of the pieces positioned differently and I wasn't able to screw some screws in. I had to readjust a couple times, but nothing to worry about honestly. I think what was a bit difficult as first is placing the wheels on since you're supposed to hear a "click," but some wheels were a bit difficult to push in because the wheel kept spinning and I had to kinda shimmy it into place. This chair adjusts really well (in terms of height of the chair and if you want it to lean back/forward more), the cushions might be a bit stiff at first, but I think once you continue to use this chair it should feel a bit better. Comfort wise? It's pretty good for now. I work from home Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. I'm currently only on my 5th hour and it's still pretty comfy. The leg rest is nice, but I don't think it'll work for everyone who's taller than 5'1-5'4". The only annoying thing is that you can't really adjust the pillow and cushion straps. I have to re-adjust the cushions whenever I do sit down. So if you end up not using the cushions, it should be fine. Overall, I think it's a great chair, especially for the price. I had another chair I bought off amazon and it started to get really uncomfortable for me. The added pillows and cushions make it a lot better to work long hours. Thank you!

Great value, reviewed 4 years later
Bought this right when they sent us home for the pandemic and the 4 years since Iโve used it for my 40 hour work weeks as well as daily gaming. Itโs comfortable, easy to assemble, but the lumbar support and head pillow are a joke, the straps stretched on their own and no longer have any sort of grip to the chair itself even after the first year. Biggest flaw is about 2 years ago I was reclining on it which I often do and the back completely snapped off sending me falling backwards and my back bent at a 200 degree angle lol. Iโm 165lbs and I could have been seriously hurt but luckily wasnโt, just terrified at the time. Support quickly sent me a replacement part (control unit) free of charge although they made it clear the warranty had long ago expired. Looks like others have had the same issue as well. Ever since I got the new part, the chair has not been able to go up or down which has been tolerable but not ideal. Well, now the material is very worn and starting to make a mess on my floor from the foam falling apart as well as starting to become uncomfortable but I can confidently say I got my moneyโs worth out of this chair. Time to buy a new one now and I wonโt be purchasing this chair again out of fear my back wonโt survive another fall like that. Great chair that felt good as new for the first 6 months, I donโt recommend it if youโre recline a lot, or if you are heavy/long term use like I did. itโs also creaky and really loud now.

Comfortable!!!
Easy to assemble, I love that. This is a very comfortable, great looking, well made chair, I use it in my home office. The massage bar is so nice, its actually not very noisey.

Disappointed in quality for the price
I expected more from an item with a 4.4/5.0 stars based on close to 4,000 ratings. I'll give it a couple more days to see if I can adjust to it, but I'll probably end up returning it. The seat is extremely narrow. I don't have an overly large behind but it would have to be tiny to fit comfortably in between the raised areas along the sides of the seat. The back "cushion" (I'll get to that in a moment) makes it so you feel like you're sitting too far forward on the seat. Without the "cushion" the seat is so deep you have to lean forward to reach your desk, which negates the idea of lumbar support. The seat is also extremely hard. There's no give to it at all. I don't know what their definition of soft cushion is but it's definitely different from mine. It certainly looks cushy in the picture, but it's kind of like sitting on a board with a blanket laid over it. What they call a back cushion feels more like a rock to me. It is so hard and uncomfortable. It doesn't have any give to it and makes you feel like you're arching your back nonstop. I unzipped it to see what it was. It's a piece of hard foam. You can't even squish it with your hands unless you squeeze it super hard. Maybe if I jump up and down on it several times I can break the foam down enough to make it soft to lean against. The head cushion isn't placed properly and isn't adjustable. When I lean back, it's right in the middle of the top of my back. As another person mentioned, you have to adjust it up every time you move so it's back in the proper spot. The armrests aren't adjustable. To have the chair at the height I want it at, I can't roll up to my desk because the armrests hit the edge of it. I can't make it high enough for the handles to go over my desk so my only option is to sit too low so they'll go under the desk. They also feel very flimsy. It feels like any pressure put on them will snap them off. If you use them to brace yourself when you get up out of the chair, you can actually feel them bend. The "footrest" is awkward because you have to spread your legs wide, pull it out from under the chair, and then flip the resting pad so it's facing up. It also feels very flimsy. I keep expecting it to snap off when I rest my legs on it. Additionally, I wouldn't call it a footrest. You'd have to have super short legs for that to be a footrest. When it's fully extended it's a calf rest for me. Someone taller than me, it would probably be a knee rest. Lastly, you have to be sitting in the chair to adjust the height and once you lift that handle the chair drops like an elevator that just broke loose from the cables supporting it. It's very hard to press down with your hand. You have to put a lot of weight behind it to get it to lower. I suppose you could lean over it and use your knee while lifting the handle.

Exceeded expectations / Needs padded armrests
The chair arrived, the box was heavy, and metal clattered around. Opening the box, I was slightly overwhelmed by the number of products I removed from the box. Once I found the instructions (spoiler: they were with the seat cushion in plastic), I began to construct my sweet racing chair. Construction was a breeze following the instructions, all the correct quantities arrived, and I had no issues putting it together. Overall, I think it took just under an hour, but your mileage may vary depending on the number of times you choose to sit on it before finishing. Once the chair was complete, I gave the final test. The chair was fantastic. The cushions are soft, the pillows are comfortable, and the material seems durable for the most part. The only thing it lacks is arm cushions. Additionally, while I'm a massive fan of the recliner footrest, it seems almost eager to flip upside down if it is not in use. The footrest flipping over is a non-issue, but an annoyance that I have to flip it over again if I stand up out of the chair while the reclining footstool is out. **Pros** +Extremely comfortable +Reclines and has a footrest +I never knew I needed pillows for my chair **Cons** -Lacking cushioned armrests -Footrest cushion flips over when not in use

Pros and Cons
I was actually very happy with this purchase. It is very comfortable and well designed for its price. I've used the chair for about a week or two and I've listed the pros and cons that I have noticed so far. Pros: Easy to assemble: The manual came inside the plastic wrap that contained one of the main bodies of the chair. At first I thought it didn't come with a manual so I spent about 15 minutes trying to figure out how to assemble it correctly, but with the manual, the assembly was very easy. Comfortable: I really like how far back the chair can recline. It is very useful when I watch shows/movies and the mini pillow props perfectly under my head when it is reclined. Fell asleep a couple times on the chair and it didn't hurt my back or neck afterwards. Also, the leg block that pulls out of the chair is very convenient, especially when the chair is reclined back. Cons: Leg block: I wish there was a locking mechanism to keep the block in place, so it doesn't swivel unnecessarily from time to time. This isn't that big of a deal but like I said, I like to put my feet up on the block and that's the only reason it causes the block to swivel sometimes. If you're not like me and only use the leg block for your legs, then this shouldn't really be an issue. Pillow strap: For me, the straps of the mini pillow weren't that easy to tighten so even now, mine is slightly loose, but it stays in place for the most part. Overall, the cons didn't cause much of an inconvenience or anything. They were mainly personal opinions based on how I use the chair and others might agree or disagree so I still rated this chair a 5/5.
