I ordered this and added it to iced water for something tasty to drink in the afternoon instead of soda. It hit the spot! I love ginger and tumeric tea on cold afternoons and was looking for something yummy (and not soda!) for warmer days. This is perfect.

I love the idea of this mixture but I couldn’t handle the taste. I mixed it with water and juice but still it wasn’t work for me nor a friend that I gave it to. I don’t know if it works.

Great for warm endurance workout sessions but can taste a little funny. Sometimes I get this back of the throat scratch feeling when the drink is not super cold

The pineapple flavor is my favorite.

The flavor isn’t bad, but the price is seriously outrageous imo! Went with Jigsaw health Pickleball cocktail. Great flavor, way better value.

I've tried a lot of different electrolyte / hydration drink mixes, and this one is my favorite. I like that it's made out of "real food" and also that it's not sweetened. I don't like feeling like I'm drinking sugar water after finishing a workout.
