Cool mount for my echo show 5. Easy to install, looks professional. But I have a few issues: 1) There is a small gap all the way around between my echo show and the mount. I wish this gap was completely closed some how. 2) My wall is only 2x3 stud, not 2x4. The kit includes a 10' extension cable, but the plug is longer than the regular one. I wish the end was right angled and not straight. I had to order a 1' extension cable with right angle plug.

So we wanted a mount and were looking for wire ties then ran into this. Since we really liked the look of it, we went ahead and ordered it. Install was uncomplicated (need to know at least some basics on electrical wiring). Husband really liked being able to trace for a perfect fit. It ended up flush with the wall, no worries on my show getting accidentally unplugged. Not to mention, this does not muffle the sound because of where the speaker is located. I get the aesthetically pleasing look with no wires without compromising sound!

A great way to tidy up your counter & give your home a modern look. Easy to install with care & moderate skills. Use a stud finder to check for studs & wires. I tapped into the electrical outlet below to conceal the power brick. All controls & the speakers remain unobstructed & accessible. The sound from the 2nd Gen Echo Show 5 is decent for it's purpose. Definitely recommended.

Is a good product. A little overpriced for what it is. A simple piece of plastic and 4 metal push on connectors. Installation was pretty strait forward. Comes with a template to draw on the wall before actually cutting. Better to undercut that overcut on this one, as the metal connectors that go on after are not very wide. I really think a spring loaded clip attached to the device with a larger area of contact would have been a better option and would have justified the $20 price tag. (If you are curious what kind of tabs I am talking about, look at the recessed lighting without cans options). Overall a decent product, does the job it is supposed to and it does look really nice on the wall once installed. No sound degradation what-so-ever once installed either.

This is a great solution for those that want a small footprint on the wall to control the devices in your home. I use this in my loft which is the game room. Instead of trying to sit the show 5 on a table or shelf it now fits nicely in the wall and it's able to hear me perfectly to do simple tasks. The speaker is unaffected by the mount so the sound can be heard and the microphone will hear you fine. The only issue I had was no fault of the mount. There was something blocking the path for the wire in the wall which took a little time to figure out but once that was done everything was ok. Thumbs up.

To start it is a little more expensive than I think it should be. The instuctions are pretty straight forward but do yourself a favor and make sure you have a drywall saw to make things easy on yourself. The mount itself makes for a great look to bring your smart house to the next dimension compared to having it sit on a table as an after thought. It sits flush against the wall, the speaker and controls are not covered and the echo fits tight so you don't have to worry about the device falling out. I'm considering doing this in all the bedrooms and running power over ethernet to give an even better built-in feel.

Install and is a little intimidating since it requires a wall opening. Fishing and running the included extension wire is also another task so plan your install carefully. First make sure the location you want your show opening is easily accessible to a power outlet. Second do the cut which my multitool came in handy it made the cut precision. Third i made hole at the buttom wall where you will need to fish the extension wire and add a wall plate for the hole. Once those are setup then mounting your echo show plate and unit is a snap.

Hated these Amazon speakers everywhere. So found this after a friend showed me his. I ordered the same day and installed so easily. Now depending where you want it you will have to cut a hole. I had it in my office in the wall that my desk faces so I can access and touch the screen while working. It lived there for 1 year and just flipped my office around. So I sealed up the hole and now finding it’s new home this coming weekend. If you can’t manage holes in walls not for you.

Works like a charm is looks so good 5 stars the only problem i encountered is that one of the clips jumped off during installation and fell in the wall space, but still holds great with the other 3 clips

I couldn’t be happier with this mount. I had been looking for a way to declutter the tops of cupboards in my living room and this was the perfect solution. It is very easy to fit thanks to the template and looks super clean the steel clips are very easy to drop inside the wall cavity but can be easily retrieved with a magnet. The mount has no noticeable impact on Alexa’s voice recognition and the sound is still loud and clear. I’m buying more now to replace the echo dots in other rooms.

Installs easily and mounts the Echo Show well. Works well with a POE adapter for a nice clean install.
