AC Infinity MULTIFAN S2, Quiet 120mm USB Blower Fan

12V QUIET!!! Used to move air over trailer refrigerator coils. Paired with the AC Infinity Temperature controller to turn on when the cabinet air space reaches 84F. See photo. NOW the refrigerator coils has air moving over them and the temps inside the refrigerator stay more constant than before. Fluffy version: The Indel 12v refridgerator that came with our travel trailer was not keeping everything cool in a consistant manner. This was due to the heat bearing down on the outside of the trailer and the enclosed cabinet they installed the refridgerator. NO air flow basically. So we drilled a 3" hole and screwed this blower fan to the cabinet wall. Plugged it into the temperature controller that AC Infinity sells and stuck the thermometer in the cabinet cavity. Now when that enclosed airspace reaches 84F, the fan comes on, sucks the air out over the coils and blows it down onto the seat. It is not too hot or loud to sit next to. I LOVE IT. The inside of the fridge is now off by one degree top and bottom and keeps everything cool. No more bad meat. Believe me, when the lunch meat goes above 40F for over 30 minutes, you will get sick when eating it. Problem solved. I might put one in the enclosed cabinet where all the water lines are to push hot air into the space during the winter.

Great product. End of story, but not really. This product fit my need as far as cooling down my electronics that we're getting a little bit too hot in the spot they are in. The airflow to the electronics is now perfect and it is low key out of sight so appearance is not an issue. The instructions were very easy to understand as the black material matches everything that is around.

**AC Infinity MULTIFAN S2** I placed this fan on top of my Xbox Series S to help with cooling. It's USB A and comes with a power block, a speed controller and rubber feet. I plugged it in to a WiFi outlet so I can turn it on remotely when I start playing, without having to reach behind the console. Installing it was easy, insert the rubber feet, plug it in, and set the speed. It has three speeds The lowest speed is very quiet and you can barely hear it. I use it on the middle speed, you can hear it if you are listening for it but after a few minutes it fades into the background. I'm not really sure if my Xbox needs it or not, but it does get warm, and it's narrow in my entertainment center. This fan blows the air out sideways, I turned it so it blows out the back where there's room for the heat to dissipate. When I'm using the Xbox, the air coming out of the fan is warm, which means it's functioning as expected. Cool is better than hot, I'll take it. So far so good. I would say it's a good value for the money.

My PS5 gets hot and even after added fans to it, the heat had no where to go. I added this fan to small opening and it helps exhaust the air. It's very quiet even on high speed. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars in the manufacture needs to do a better job picturing the product. I had a hard time visualizing how the USB cable was going to work. It has a passthough so you can connect other fans and where the speed controller was. You can see in my picture the distances of these so hope that helps.

I ordered this blower to cool my 8port PoE Ubiquiti Unifi Switch. This specific switch is passively cooled (no built-in fans) and sits on top of our entertainment center in our living room. It provides network connectivity to our Roku, Bluray Player, Game Consoles, as well as a Unifi PoE WiFi AP. In a room with good airflow, and nothing blocking the vents on the switch, it would sit steady at 150F Degrees. This is the normal operating temp for this model switch. After adding this blower to one side, the temperatures steadily went down. After 15 minutes, they leveled off at 105F. A drop of 45 Degrees! I have the blower set to High, and i can't hear it unless im standing right in front of it with the TV off. If something is playing, i can't hear it at all. Its very quiet. The Build Quality is fantastic as well. I will be buying more of these for sure! EDIT 10/2019: The temperature on my Ubiquiti switch continued to drop and finally settled on 98 degrees and has stayed there the past couple of days. A total drop if 52 degrees just by adding this fan. EDIT 10/2022: Three Years non-stop usage, and its still running strong. Currently sitting @ 111f, but I also haven't air dusted in a while.

This review is for the Multifan S2 120 mm USB Blower fan. I bought these to help cool an Onkyo RZ-820 in a media stand and they work great. I have them attached to the USB port and they turn on and off with the receiver. They run whenever they're receiving power though, so if your setup doesn't cut power to the USB when it turns off the fans will continue to run. They are not very loud but can be heard if you're in a quiet, open room with them. My receiver is in another room behind the TV so it isn't an issue. I doubt you could hear them if they were in a cabinet behind a closed door. They include rubber feet to reduce vibration and to avoid scratching your equipment. I wasn't attentive when ordering my AV stand and it was about 1/4" short on clearance for the receiver plus the fans. Fortunately the feet are removable though, and once doing so everything fits perfectly. I haven't had them long enough to comment on longevity but they seem to be well-built and they keep the Onkyo nice and cool Highly recommended.

My stereo receiver gets a pretty warm after awhile and some of the vents are blocked since I have a Wii sitting on it. I figured I'd look for fan to keep it cool and came across this. Wasn't expecting too much for the price but when I pulled it out of the box I was impressed with the quality as it doesn't feel like creaky thin plastic, it actually feels very durable. Right after I got it hooked up and sat on my receiver I ended up immediately ordering another one to help keep my PS4 Pro cool because it did such a great job. Now my receiver doesn't even get warm. It's very quiet and it's also nice that you are able to daisy chain quite a few of them together. Theoretically it should help keep my PS4 from cranking the fans way up (no matter how much you clean the inside of the Pro it still gets somewhat loud when playing a more demanding game compared to the base models). If you need something like a stereo or something to be cooled you gotta get one of these. They're inexpensive and highly effective.

I bought 4 Ac infinity Fans for my receiver and an for another amp. However I only needed two. One for the Receiver and one for the amp, as they draw out the heat more than adequately . I highly recommend these. If you have heat issues or just want to make sure your equipment doesn't overheat. Perfect for Home Theaters.
