The shortcomings of a great toothbrush
I like the Cybersonic 3 toothbrush very much; it works well and does a good job with my teeth. I replaced it for my Oral B I had had for years. I like it equally as well. The free replacement brushes (if you send in the card) is a good deal. My only complaint is with the accessories. The two-piece slide-together holder for the accessories is flimsy and comes apart with a slight touch. The taller accessories fall off it with regularity. The set comes with one very large toothbrush and one of normal size. I think there should be two normal size ones instead. The string flosser with replaceable flossers would be very costly to use; I'll stick with my regular flossers.Would I buy it again? Probably as the toothbrush alone is worth the amazon price I paid.

Cybersonic 3
This electric toothbrush has the best flosser around. The single use, disposable flossers are just great. You'll never floss as well. And that's what made the original Cybersonic unique among electric toothbrushes. The unit only provides a few weeks worth of flossers so you'll need to buy replacements. They come about 45 to a box. I buy like 20 boxes at a time, so I'm never without, and buying in bulk gets you discounts. The tongue cleaner is great, too! But as far as the brushing is concerned, you can't beat the Sonicare and the Braun Triumph. These are better electric brushes. So I use the Cybersonic for what it's great for, flossing and tongue cleaning. And then I use the Braun and Sonicare for brushing. You'll have very clean teeth and mouth using that approach.

Poor quality, broken button. Scam Alert. Warranty costs money every year
The button on my toothbrush broke. I contacted the company since it has a "lifetime" warranty. The warranty is a scam. There is no warranty unless you signup for the "free" toothbrush replacement program. IT ISN'T FREE! They charge you $7.99 EVERY 3 months. You give them your credit card/debit card information that they keep on file. Gee what could go wrong with that? I can by brushes from Amazon Prime and they are cheaper than the shipping charges. When I bought my toothbrush I ordered extra brushes so I didn't need to pay for "free" brushes. To get my free lifetime warranty, it costs about $32.00 every year.So is the toothbrush worth the extra hassle? A asked my hygienist to go back and look at my chart to see if there had been an improvement in my PSR scores since I started using the Cybersonic 3. She thought that was an interesting thing to look at. There was not an improvement, just the opposite. My scores trended worse since I started using this brush since 2011. In particular she said it seems the gum line is getting worse since I started using this in 2011. She and my dentist think the round brush heads do not do as good a job as the other sonic toothbrushes available. Obviously not a true study, but enough for me to go back to my Sonicare.

Love them for over 10 years.
I have been using these sonic brushes for over 10 years. I love them and won't switch to a different brand. Plus they are better value than major brands you find in stores. My dental checkups are great. Just remember-- be gentle with these! Dont apply pressure and simpky let the sonic waves do the work. :) Also-- i do have to replace them every few years.

I've had several electronic toothbrushes and they all work about the same. I purchased a Cybersonic because I own one I purchased in 2001 and it's still working. I've gone through two OralBs (cost about the same as Cybersonic) and one Smile Bright (cost two and a half times the Cybersonic) and have received about the same results. I've also tried other less expensive e-brushes but they don't last.

I've owned the Cybersonic 1 for 10 years before buying this one. I gave it a 4 because my older one used to come with refills. I love this toothbrush and tongue cleaner. I don't use the flosser much since I floss manually still but I still recommend this toothbrush. My friend inherited my Cybersonic 1 with refills.

I credit this toothbrush with keeping me cavity-free, and for keeping my gums healthy. Since I've been using a Cybersonic toothbrush, I spend less time at the dentist when I go for my semi-annual checkups.
