I’ve been taking this Micro Ingredients D3 + K2 for a while now, and I love it. Most people already know D3 works better when you pair it with K2 — they help each other out. That’s the simple version. I take this for sleep and psoriasis, and I can tell you straight: If I don’t take it at night, I do not sleep the same. It’s a noticeable difference for me. And for psoriasis? Yes — it absolutely helps. My skin behaves better when I’m consistent with it. I take a higher amount than the standard supplement dose, and my blood tests stay in the normal range — which is why I always check with my doctor. If you tell a doctor you’re taking a lot of D3, they’ll usually panic first and test later, but my labs have been fine. Everyone’s body is different, so I keep mine monitored. I like this brand a LOT. Very tiny capsules. Very Effective! I can tell a difference in my mood when I run out of them and stop taking them for a while. I begin to feel a dread when I wake up in the morning. When I start taking them again I feel better in only a couple of days. Most of us don't get enough vitamin D3 from the sun any more. I actually take 5 a day, in the mornings when I have my coffee. These make a huge difference for me.

I’ve been taking Micro Ingredients D3 + K2 for about a month. The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate the combination of both vitamins in one supplement. So far, I’m pleased with it and plan to continue using it.

Helped bring up my Vitamin D levels so I'm guessing it works well. Love how tiny they are and have no taste to me. The bag they come in kind of sucks, I can never get it to seal and they need a dark cool place otherwise they'll stick together.

I have several deficiencies and D3 was one of mine and my doctor and Nurse informed me it was best taken with K2 and told me this brand is what they would recommend over any other that they had tried because they themselves had low D3 and told me where to get it, which was here on Amazon. I have not had blended redrawn since I started taking because I just started these so I don’t know how fast the levels go up, but these are definitely gentle on the stomach and the quality seems to be great since they were recommended by the doctor in Nurse. The texture is like a little gel inside a medium to soft shell so it should absorb quickly and that it’s just an opinion. I don’t know a lot about the ingredients, but I do know that it is made with coconut oil, which sounds amazing because we know the benefits of that or have read about it at some point. I have high hopes that my vitamin D3 levels will increase fast and color is sort of a soft yellow color outside and cloudy clear inside. Ingredients are d3 and k2 made with coconut oil

I love these. They're my favorite brand in supplements, but they've gotten stupid expensive, so I have since switched brands. That said, price is the only reason I switched brands. These are consistently good quality & have maintained my vitamin D levels. I like that they include vitamin K2, so that there's no toxicity in taking these. I can swallow down a whole handful of supplements at once, but my mother couldn't, so it catches my attention when I know certain people may have trouble getting a pill down. These are easy to swallow, but if you have troubles swallowing, these might feel kind of tight in your throat since they are significantly wider than the 5,000 IU. The width is bigger than even a big regular capsule. The ends taper, tho. If you're not a confident swallower, you might want to stick with the 5,000 IU, even if that means you have to take more to meet your needs. When I first started taking vitamin D3+K2, I was surprised to find I started losing weight. Not a ton of weight, but still. I'm hypothyroid & my weight doesn't budge normally. So, I feel good taking these & feel good about them because I can see they do actually make a difference between taking them & not taking them. I also feel like they help my depression.

These are easy to swallow and had an only a faint taste & smell of coconut, not overpowering, very pleasant for a supplement.

3 weeks ago I was 30.37 on hidroxy 25 (vitamin D levels) so bottom threshold, now after 3 weeks and 1 day of taking this O did the test and I was 66. Top super results I took them after morning meal. I.also had 40g of nuts in my Bran oats breakfast

To get my Vitamin D3 levels right without overdoing it, I have been taking one a day. My D levels are still increasing , I test about every 40-50 days. I will probably need to ease back to 1 every two days at some point. If you are taking Vitamin D , you need to take regular blood tests , if you over do it, the consequences can be catastrophic for some people, everyone is different, I most likely need about 1000-5000 IU a day while I am overweight(need to lose weight due to medical condition) some people can take 50,000 a day

When it is clear that Vitamin D plus K2 is so good, this has got to be one of the best value items around. Buy in bulk!
