No mold
Doesn't come with a mold. It's an odd size so it's impossible to buy one. Asked the seller and they said to just use deli take out container be cause the block of ice needed would be hard to get out of a mold. WHAT?! Really? At this price you designed a high end ice ball shaper that you have to use take out containers for? That'll look great behind the bar.We tried with to go cups but even then the balls that come out are imperfect. The top and bottom stick. And it takes three times as long as the MaCallan or other pro shapers I've used. For this price, while it's cheaper than some real pro versions, it's for serious home to professional bartenders. And it's not designed to run for that user.

There should have been a square ice cub mold to use for this machine
The iceball maker looks great! For such an expensive piece I would have like a booklet with it, on how to use it etc. there was nothing , no instructions or any info on the product. The packaging was also not so great: again with s luxury item like this it needs to be packed in an upscale box with some extras , for sure a nice booklet . This was a present for my father and the unpacking of it was disappointing
