Difficulties with TOM TOM Go 50
I tried using this with a TOM TOM Go 50 . The original mount relies on a friction fit between the bulb at the end of the stem allowing the user to position the display without it moving once released.Although I could not discern any major difference in size between the bulbs, i.e +/- 0.03 mm it is enough to allow the display screen to flop around on the mount. The stem on the original is longer and stands erect. clear of the sucker .This allows for more clearance between the display unit and the windscreen. With replacement it is difficult to get a firm grip in the suction pad and lock it .

Inferior product, should not be sold.
I tried using this with a TOM TOM Go 50 . The original mount relies on a friction fit between the bulb at the end of the stem allowing the user to position the display without it moving once released.Having just bought this, I agree entirely with a recent buyer. The ball on the mount looks very tacky and is a very loose fit in the socket on the Tom Tom, so the TomTom moves around as you are driving - a big distraction. Also, the stem on the original is longer, giving more clearance between the display unit and the windscreen. With replacement it is difficult to get a firm grip in the suction pad and lock it .

Not worth the money
does not adhere to wind screen, Although it states its compatible with Tom Tom Sat Navs. my model included. the ball joint is to small for the existing arm, therefor it kept dropping position, { when it managed to stay on the windscreen for more than 10 seconds } Have replaced it with a different make.one that works.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH
This item is cheap rubbish. It does not operated efficiently, you need to be Superman to twist the mechanism to get the suction to operate. If you twist too hard the ball snaps off. You pay cheap, you get cheap

doesn't work
Well, cheap things aren't good and good things aren't cheap..... I should of bought something that actually sticks to the windscreen rather than something that just doesn't work because it was cheap.

Not really successful
I bought this to replace the suction pad for my Tom Tom and although the ball slotted into it it doesn’t actually take the weight of the TomTom and so is not very successful as the screen keeps moving and it’s difficult to then see it. Guess I’m going to have to get the appropriate TomTom fitting
