This is made possible among other things, the durable non-stick coating, which not only allows low- and gentle frying, but is also so scratch-resistant and insensitive that even metal spatulas cannot usually harm it. The induction-suitable TransTherm universal base distributes heat very quickly and stores it for a long time, so that delicate fish, cri steaks or fine vegetables cook energy efficiently even when the stove is switched off, while their aromas unfold completely. Fresh from the stove: delicious, steaming food gets warm with the designed serving pans from WMF and ready for enjoyment.
