One pot is not enough!
Ideal sized jar for single people - not that it will last very long in my house! Iโm a country girl and raised on honey for a treat from an early age (spoonful in a mug of water with a squeeze of lemon to ease a sore throat). This honey has a wonderful taste spread on toasted thick wholemeal bread with a mug of tea on cold rainy days - instant comfort food and back to childhood. Iโd say it was โmedium setโ - not runny and not brick hard if you keep the jar at room temperature and the heat from the toasted bread helps it run into every nook and cranny of the slice. Smooth on the tongue with a tiny crystal crunch which I like in a decent honey. I love that this is proper British honey too and not โfiddled around withโ. Definitely good value for money. There IS one tiny problem - I realised very quickly that one pot is not enough so Iโd advise buying two at the very least!

Amazing natural honey
My daughter who is 2.5 had a bad cough at night time for months and it was worrying me. She had a few spoonfuls of this and it was immediately gone the next night, I couldnโt believe it. Itโs been a week and no coughing! It tastes amazing aswell. Iโve been putting it my porridge every morning. Edit: Iโve also just had a cough, and this cleared it up very quickly. This is amazing stuff for the price!

High-Quality British Honey with Consistent Results Over Time
This is a very good quality honey and weโve been using it for around two years now. The quality has remained consistent throughout, which says a lot about the product. Being single-origin and British is a big plus, and itโs reassuring to know exactly where the honey comes from. The texture is spot on for a soft set honey. Itโs thick, smooth, and easy to spread, without being runny or overly solid. The flavour is natural and well balanced, not overly sweet, and it tastes clean and fresh. In terms of quality and health benefits, it feels like a proper, pure honey rather than something overly processed. It works well for everyday use, whether on toast, in drinks, or for general wellbeing. Using the subscription option makes it good value for money, especially given the consistent quality over such a long period. Overall, itโs a reliable, long-lasting product and a great choice if youโre looking for genuine British, single-origin honey.

Great tasting honey but it is rock hard and difficult to get out of the jar
I ordered 4 jars and each one is set to a rock hard consistency so the only way I can get a spoonful out is to heat a tea spoon first. Disappointed as the taste is gorgeous and I love to support small businesses like this who offer the proper stuff and not a mixture of blends. Would have been five stars if not for this problem as 1 jar was for my elderly mother who has very poor eye sight and ended up giving the jar back to me as she couldn't get the honey out at all.

"Soft set" is misleading.
The honey has a very mild, pleasant flavour. It is described as soft set; it has the consistency of good quality ice cream when you first remove it from the freezer. I was rather concerned for my knife to be honest and in the end I started peeling slivers out. My index finger was left hurting where I'd applied pressure to get the honey out! I don't doubt the quality of the product, but buyers need to know it isn't soft set and will require strength to get it out of the jar.
