Great buy on sale
First off- I got this trampoline on sale for $350 so it was a phenomenal buy. The setup was very physically demanding but not all that complicated, I had this up in 2 1/2 hours by myself. There have been a few annoyances however: 1. The order took several months to get to my door, which is just completely bizarre. I even got cancellation emails citing that the order had been open and unfulfilled for so long, then confirmation emails from amazon just weeks later. However once the order was actually shipped it took just days to deliver. 2. The day after I set up the trampoline I noticed that one of the 2 welds on the holster for the net pipes had snapped which caused the pipe to lean and will probably snap the second weld shortly. I will be contacting the company for a replacement today. Other that the incredibly annoying delay on the order and the snapped weld this setup is solid, it looks great and my kids have spent more time playing on this thing than they have doing anything else. I've got 3, 4 and 5 year old boys who are obsessed with the trampoline. I also bought a $70 ladder (3 step; very stable) ladder to attach to this thing so that they can access it whenever they want. That combo is phenomenal. **FYI- the description say no more that 250 lbs should be on the trampoline but I have a feeling this thing could handle a lot more than that.

My daughter loves it!
This is our second upper bounce trampoline, and we love it. We had the first one for 7 years, and it held up great. However it was showing signs of wear and the netting was starting to rip. Because I was so happy with the first one, I decided to purchase another upper bounce. This one is a 12-ft where my original was only 10 ft. It's not to difficult to put together, just time consuming. My daughter loves it!

We love it
We haven't had this thing a full month yet, but so far I have raved about it to family and friends. We went with the 16ft, and even though I had seen multiple bad reviews, I decided to try it for myself. Let me tell you, this thing is HUGE! We fit four adults and three toddlers on it (We weren't all jumping on it and everyone is small so I doubt we hit the weight limit). It is super easy to put together, and that was one thing I saw everyone complaining about. Between me and my husband, it maybe took us an hour - an hour and a half at the most. The net feels thick and sturdy and the zipper seems like it should hold up well. We went ahead and bought anchors and anchored this thing down from day one. I feel like with the size and the net, it would get swept away very easily, especially during the Oklahoma storm seasons! I would recommend a ladder or a slide right off the bat, and one of those pocket things for shoes and phones :) Pros: Trampoline was easy to install, had all tools available and the directions were easy to follow for the most part, few hiccups but we managed. It is so big that everyone can fit on it and enjoy it! Mat is very thick, and frame is pretty heavy so I am hopeful that the trampoline should hold up well! The spring covers seem to be very thick almost like a leather, so I am hopeful that it will hold up and not be weathered easily. Cons: Trampoline was hard to flip over with how big and heavy it is. We managed with two people but it is kind of difficult. The directions had a few hiccups and were unclear a couple of times, but we managed. The tops of the poles that hold the net up seem like they should be more heavy duty though. They are very cheap plastic and they don't pop into the poles, they fit very loosely in the holes which doesn't seem hopeful. They haven't popped out or given us any problem so far but I do have a feeling that they will. The net clips on with these super cheap clips, and so far we have had to continuously clip the things back in multiple times in certain spots. The clips that have given us the worst problems were already bent up when we first opened the net, so that could be why. So all in all, trampoline is worth the money, but I would recommend an after market net so that you wont have to replace the net multiple times. I feel like the net would hold up a lot longer if the company put better clips on the bottom of it, better clips for the top straps, and maybe if the plastic caps were a little more fitted to the tops of the poles.

Trampoline
Was quiet the job too set up, instructions are instructions but they make no sense and it’s REALLY hard too put this together honestly, and it’s an amazing product once it’s put together properly. Pay attention too the size trampoline that you are searching for. This is more of a 2 person trampoline size realistically, but I have 4 kids under 11 and they all do play on the trampoline, they are just careful. I could have gotten a bigger one, but this fit in the space I had. And it definitely bounces, tested by yours truly. It looks exactly as the picture as well. Worth it when you are purchasing knowing exactly what you’re looking for.

I had an Upper Bounce before for 5 years and it held up pretty great. I got this one because it had a higher weight capacity. I really wish I would have just stuck with my old one and replaced the parts or just got the same one. This trampoline is not only horrible, but it is NOT SAFE!!!! 1- The frame started rusting after 3 months...and I live in Arizona....so no real moisture here. 2- After 6 months every pole cap that holds the safety net broke, which wound up causing the net to rip and the pole covers to scrunch down and break. They are so cheaply made that replacing them will only cause the same thing. It is thin cheap plastic and costs $60 to replace them all. 3- It is a HAZARD! At first it seemed fine, but after a few months we ran into some issues. When my kids would jump on it, the poles would come off and one hit my 6 year old son in the head leaving a significant bump. We thought that maybe we just didn't have it installed right so we rechecked it and put it back together. My husband decided to test it out and a pole came off and fell on him. This issue just got progressively worse. The problem is that there are NO safety mechanisms to hold it in place. 4- HORRIBLE customer service. I placed a complaint 3 months ago and I was told to respond through email. I did what they asked and nobody got back to me. I called again, and they will only deal through email, but they never respond. I am thoroughly disappointed. For $500 this is a piece of JUNK and NOT SAFE! I am looking into making a formal claim through the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. This item needs to be pulled for safety issues at the very least.

Its OK.
I would say that other reviews about the net and the pad are spot on. Net made it about a week before the first clip for a strap broke. Made it another week before one of the straps pulled out of the mesh at the top and one of the clips pulled off the mesh in another area. Right now I have just decided to patch it for now and hoping to get it to fall storage before any other mayor problems. I can't say that I have been around trampolines very much but the pad on this one seems to be a little spongy to me. I thought it would have a little more spring. I have had over half of the tie downs for the pad come loose already after about 3 weeks of use. Paid $365 for this trampoline and was expecting a little more from it but was not expecting a lot. I like the look of it and the idea for the design is pretty good but quality is a little lacking. It was pretty easy to assemble and I was able to do it by myself but I am what you would classify as very handy. I purchased this one to see what my kids interest would really be in the trampoline before I decided to spend any big money on a better quality. It will serve the purpose for now but may look to upgrade within the year. All in all I wouldn't expect anything better for the money that I paid really. This is a pretty big item and quality takes time and better materials resulting in more money. If you expect to have the trampoline for a long time I would opt for one of the more expensive ones. The kids love it and have played on it almost every day since we have gotten it. Hope this helps.

Great trampoline for the money
Shopped around pretty extensively for a trampoline for my children. In this price range many 15" trampolines were only rated at 200 lbs. The Upper Bounce trampoline is rated at 330 lbs in the same size. It made the choice much easier. The trampoline arrived in the than 24 hours. When my children said there were two large boxes outside I thought it couldn't be the trampoline. It too me under 90 minutes to set up with my 11 and 13 year olds helping. I made a mistake on the support legs (switched left-to-right) a couple of times, which I had to stop and correct. If i had done it right the first time it would had taken roughly an hour. Once you lay everything out it goes quickly and the directions are straight forward enough. I had some trouble when the first day the zipper broke. Customer service was all over it and shipped me out a replacement next day. For the money (you can easily spend $2,500 on a top of the line trampoline) I would highly recommend Upper Balance.

Great Trampoline
This is a great trampoline for young families. Our two little girls are having a blast with it. It arrived in one box and it only took a couple hours to set up. It's a quality product and it doesn't take up as much space outside as some of the larger trampolines so it's ideal if you don't have a lot of outdoor space to spare. It also has a very good weight limit of over 300 pounds which I noticed is not so common with other trampolines in this category. We're very happy with it and we feel our little girls are safe inside with the well designed safety net. Upper Bounce has very good customer service as well. This is a great purchase!

Product is good easy to to built and to range during winter but 7.5 ft Trampoline could be too small according to children
Product is good easy to to built but 7.5 ft Trampoline is too small according to children Advantages of smaller trampoline: - less chance for children to have accident because they are generally 1 on the trampoline - During the winter, very easy to range in my 8ft high garden hut or my garage with all the circle and the canvas a long the wall Amazon solved a problem with the manufacturer. Thank you very much to the Amazon team.

Great quality
Really happy with the following on quality compared to other trampolines in it's class available locally: - The great powder coated paint on all the bars - The padding that comes with it to cover the cicular bar around the trampoline. - It's rigidity once all put together. Areas that need improvement: - Assembly instruction (in my mind) are not great. In some cases backwards. We used the instructions just to figure what goes where and then did what made sense to achieve that. With that said, I assembled it with a 10 year old and a buckle-strap to get the cicular tubing part together (one that holds the springs) - Packaging could be improved to prevent scratched on the bars during shipping.

Great trampoline for a family
Great trampoline -- was easy enough to assemble. Probably took us about an hour but the springs were a bit tight so needed help with someone with some strength. The trampoline was perfect for my family of three and we have spent many hours on it. The downfall is that if you need replacement parts - Upper Bounce is really hard to deal with. They don't return phone calls or emails very efficiently. We have ordered replacement legs (our fault we stored the trampoline wrong during the winter) and the parts that were sent were wrong even with sending pictures and details. They are very slow to help us fix our trampoline.
