Horizontal movement it hugs waist very well and is stable but vertically the design is poor.The selfie stick does bounce down towards the back if you are running or cycling or any faster jolting movement.All they needed to do was build up the upper part of the back of the belt design with a few inches of padding so it would stop the stick moving back and fourth.So I placed ( or you can drill) a piece of plastic or foam that is a few inches thick and 7 inches horizontal to the back upper part of the belt with a strong adhesive or possibly drill 4 small holes to fit 4mm cable ties through and around a bunch of cycling tyres as a buffer.You dont want anything hard against the back.Other than that its well made.

Needed this for a massive event NYE where I had to walk around and stand in the middle of the crowd as well as use my hands on camera. Did an awesome job. Very sturdy.

Comfortable to wear, you can get some lovely angles with this.

I cannot use it as the strap is too short, and I am not even a huge or overly fat bloke. I was supposed to use it on motorbike on top of a protective jacket but it doesn't even fit me without a jacket...

It is not fitted for a grown man. I am 2 m tall and it is useless because it’s way to small and can’t reach round my waist .If you want to use this you have to be slim. This doesn’t fit all ( no I am not fat )...
