I wanted bluetooth, noise cancelling, USB rechargeable, good sounding headphones, which is what these do well. At this price point, I won't have to worry about losing them, or having them stolen, yet they look and sound like a more expensive pair of phones. I've tried them out at night and they even suppress my girlfriend's snoring.
