I have tried other biotin tablets and it resulted in me having acne. This product does not give me acne but the most interesting thing that happened is I had a hair transplant and so I decided to take 3 a day (my own dosage) to speed up my hair growth. I ened up growing my hairline back really fast but I also grew baby hairs were there were non before. This was in combination with regain for women. So now my hairline looks natural like I was born with it. I am going to continue taking these forever as I intend to grow waist length hair and I know they work.

I bought these abt 5/6 months and was sceptical like every other vitamin/nutrient I’ve been buying for last 5 years. But now I’m seeing results my nails which I cld never grow have started to grow longer than the nail bed & don’t split & seem to be harder. My hair at the root to abt 3 inches down seems to be a lot thicker. This vitamin obviously works at new regrowth of hair & nails & will do nothing to already damaged hair or nails. I’ve just ordered another bottle. Patience is advised for these tablets. I’ve not received any incentives to promote this product but just sick & tired of being scammed
