This is the real Feta, protected by European law. Greek feta must be made with mostly goat's milk and up to 30% sheep's milk for its unique, tangy flavor. We keep our feta stored in its own salty brine to preserve its fresh taste, delicate and flaky texture, and to keep it as true to its Greek roots as possible. This feta is great crumbled over salads, layered over roasted vegetables, or any recipe asking for a tangy or crumbly cheese.
