I did not either but I did google the NanoVNA which is the same and. Saw several YouTube videos that allowed me to calibrate and use the VNA to measure SWR and actually sweep a frequency range of my choosing along with displaying the graph of my choice

Does it have a touchscreen?

Yes it does! To invoke the menu touch the bottom right hand corner of the screen. It is preferable to use a plastic stylus to touch the screen - I use a cut down 5.5mm diameter knitting needle. The point needs to very blunt (definitely not a sharp point) and well rounded. This particular model of the nanoVNA is probably the best on the market currently!

Can this tool be used instead of an regular antenna analyzer like a Rig Expert?

Yes. It can produce an SWR plot like a Rig Expert Antenna Analyzer.

Can this measure spurious emissions?

No, this is primarily a passive network analyzer for measuring Q, R, L and C, using active pulses for analysis. You would need a spectrum analyzer and suitable attenuator for measuring any sort of emissions.
