D'Addario PL010 0.25mm Plain Steel Single String Guitar

I’m a big D’Addario fan and I always have a few of these in stock on tour as it’s more likely to go than any of the others. Great strings and great tension for me as I’m on an 8 string with 27” scale. They’re thick enough to give me a bit more reassurance that it won’t break compared to a 0.009, but thin enough that I can bend and solo on it with my longer scale length

I've used D'addario strings for years, alternating between them and Ernie Ball. I do not notice any difference in quality, brightness or string duration, therefore I cannot see why D'addario are more expensive. For that reason I have been buying mainly Ernie Ball's of late in light of the bad global economic situation. That way I can save some pennies.

How many of us have opened packets of D'Addario XLs just to use the top E?! In my ignorance I didn't realise I could buy single strings on here :D Each string is sealed in a little bag to keep it fresh, just like the full sets of XLs I normally use, so there's no chance of any corrosion - unlike with some other brands...

perfect! using on both a schecter demon-6, and eastcoast gs-100, and works great for both despite their style differences, 10/10 recommend, great value for money. quick delivery which was great as it annoys me to play when there’s a string missing.

D'addario es sin duda una de las mejores marcas de cuerdas, y siempre tengo un par de estas de repuesto ya que es la que más suelo romper (haciendo bendings, etc). Buena relación calidad precio, y ninguna pega.
