Monster Fuse
This is a serious fuse folks. I contemplated a lot of circuit interrupting solutions when I installed a big battery bank and inverter in my travel trailer. The reason this fuse is expensive (and the reason to USE this FUSE) is the current interrupting capability. If you study the details, you'll find your ANL and cheaper fuses might have the same amperage, but the interrupting capability pales by comparison. If you have a large battery bank, you want a fuse that can stop the maximum dead-short capacity of your bank. Double check the dead short capacity of your battery bank, with batteries in parallel, add up the amps, (typically cranking amps is close enough), and choose a fuse that surpasses that number by a good margin.

Expensive yes but better than risking a fire in your rv! I almost made same mistake as others and bought the fuse holder first thinking fuse came with it. They are sold seperately.
