I haven't been able to enter any big box stores or supermarkets because the lights were too bright for me. However, since I started using these, I've been able to resume my daily activities. In fact, I found the relief almost instant. The glasses feel good quality and they were packaged well. The only draw back is that these are not suitable for color senstive work e.g. photoshopping.
