5/5 hands down, the only thing I don't like about them are the fact that some of the packages you get aren't really "fresh" sometimes. You'll see some dark colored dots (they're normal), but if there's too many dots or if it looks discolored (from sitting on the shelf too long/heat exposure) I won't use them personally and I wish the packaging was better (side complaint).These are a life-saver though, I have anxiety and sometimes I get nausea from anxiety or a panic attack, I take these and it takes my mind right off of it and eases the anxiety/panic attack. They also work good in general if you have gas issues or stomach problems. I've also used them a few times when I had trouble eating and they're like a "cheat code" meaning I'd take 1 or 2 of these tablets and wait a minute or a few minutes and my appetite would be back and I'd be able to finish my meal I was having. I'm a skinny guy and I've had points in my life where I just couldn't eat and these do actually help me more than anything.While these do help me, it may or may not for you, but it's worth a try, especially if you're desperate for even a tiny bit of respite, I really recommend these and they taste decent as well.

I dont normally add text to my food or medicine orders, only the star rating. But I felt compelled to comment on this product because I've been using it for years. I really don't know (haven't taken the time) the active ingredients that make this product work so well but it really does an amazing job of getting rid of an upset stomach. I've taken the tablets on so many occasions that it truly does what it says it will do. So far, knock on wood, it's called or gotten rid of my upset stomachs every time within 5-15 minutes if taking the tablets. And they taste pretty good...not chalky like the antacid tablets you find. I keep a blister pack of the tablets everywhere...medicine cabinet, car, office, everywhere...never know when a upset stomach is going to strike.

I am a diabetic with Hypoglycemia. Normal glucose level is 100. When my glucose level gets below 45 I start to get nauseated and I start projectile vomiting. I wasn't paying attention and my glucose level went below 40. I was dizzy, perspiring and I was nauseated. The Nauzene was just delivered that day. I chewed 2 tablets. I'm not kidding. My nausea immediately subsided.I sometimes get bouts of vertigo. This probably won't help with the dizziness, but I'm confident it will help with the nausea.I highly recommend this product.

They work surprisingly well!!

I tried this product for the first time after picking it up at my local pharmacy about a year ago and I've been using it ever since (this stuff can be pretty expensive, $7+ per box). I use it mostly for occasional nausea when drinking alcoholic beverages. Initially I was very skeptical but it proved to be the most efficient anti-nausea "drug" that I've ever tried (no side effects like most common over the counter anti emetics). It took me a few times to get used to the flavor (I hated it at first, but drinking water helps a lot and the taste doesn't seem to linger in your mouth for long). It acts surprisingly fast (with me the effect is almost instant but I am sure it differs greatly from person to person). I highly recommend.

I have chronic nausea due to an illness, and finally decided to try something OTC for it. I'm not crazy about the taste - it's a strange combo of sweet & salty, but it does do the job. It helps to keep that yucky feeling away so I don't feel like I'm going to throw up any minute. That and some soda crackers and peppermint tea and I'm usually OK for awhile. I recommend it.
