These are a bit pricier than store bought multi vitamins but worth it! They smell fresh if you can imagine vitamins doing that. Since I have taken them my general health, sleep, and energy have all been better. Recommend.

I've been taking multi's for years. I started this one around 3 months ago and the thing that sets this one apart from so many other brands I've taken is the noticeable improvement to my fingernails. I have thin, peeling nails with ridges and after trying Biotin, multi's, nail creams, nail strenghteners, polishes, I finally have some nail growth with no breakage. The ridges are even starting to disappear!! I can't wait to see how much stronger they get over the next few months. :)

I like the bargain and thought the quality would be the same since it is the same brand as the last vitamin I purchased but this one seems to go straight through you (if you know what I mean). The other Vitamin (Amazing Naturals Women's One Daily) did not alter the appearance of my urine like this one does. I will probably throw this one out as it seems like it probably isn't doing any good since my body is not absorbing it.

I love these multivitamins. Have been using them for two months and they really made a difference in fighting workday fatigue and sluggishness. I'm a bit concerned this item not available for purchase at this time but since the quantity is so generous I have plenty left for the time being. I bought these pills for $19.99 which I felt was a bargain rather than spring for the Vitamin B shots my doctor wanted me to get. Contains probiotics to keep me regular and food based enzymes. Sounds good to me.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE TO ANYONE IF I COULD RATE THEM -900,000,000,000 STARS I WOULD THESE THINGS ARE EXTREMELY HORRIBLE I STOPPED TAKING THEM BECAUSE THEY STARTED MAKING MY BLADDER/KIDNEY AND LIVER HURT EVERY TIME I TOOK ONE!! I am not sure if they help but taking because not sure if what I eat supplies all my vitaminsThe only issue is they are large & hard to swallow
