Works wonderful when you don't have any jack in your phone. Playback music is just as original as if from phone jack. Rugged and should provide many years of use. Good value for the money.

I’ve been using this Type-C to 3.5mm adapter for over a year now, and it still works perfectly. The build quality is impressive; the materials feel durable, and there is absolutely no wear or tear at either end, which is where these cables usually break. The audio quality is great, especially considering the price. It is reliable, durable, and highly recommended if you need a long-lasting adapter!

Works amazing. I got tired of using my Bluetooth ear buds, and finally decided to give this little thing a try, and it's worth every penny. No delay in sound like my Bluetooth ear buds, and they connect automatically. Great purchase. Could have been a tad shorter, but I can work with that.

UPDATE: I have changed my review from two stars to four stars. I will note that JSAUX offered me a full refund for my order but I did not accept the refund. I ordered an official SAMSUNG adapter DAC that had verifiable measurements online for quality and found that this hiss was also present to a similar degree. While this continues to annoy me, the hiss is inherent to using a small form factor dongle DAC and does not reflect the quality of this JSAUX product which is functional in all other aspects. I recently upgraded phones and lost my 3.5 mm port so I was looking for a durable adapter with decent audio quality. This adapter certainly works as my IEMs run well off them with enough power/volume without any significant coloration of the sound. The build quality is quite good with the braided cable, solid housing, and secure 3.5 mm port. But the HISS. There is a low grade hiss constantly present in the background whenever the DAC is enabled. It is not particularly noticeable when music is actively playing but when a song stops, you can clearly hear the hiss. Then since the DAC doesn't detect any audio output, it shuts off, and you then hear complete silence so I know it's the DAC causing the issue. This means every time a song ends and new one begins, it's hiss -> silence -> hiss -> music. There are no other devices around that could be causing electrical interference causing a hiss like this. It is not ignorable for me and really impairs my listening experience. I suppose if you have low grade hearing damage, it might be tolerable but for high quality listening? This is not it. I will be shelling out more money for a better engineered DAC dongle and would recommend any potential buyers do the same.

When I bought my new phone, I didn't realize they changed the headphone jack. I bought this so that I could take my evening walks and listen to music or audible books. It works great. It holds up and stays plugged in without any problems. I'm really happy about how well it is made and how cost-effective it is. It's a pretty color (blue is my favorite) and is small enough to store in my purse when I'm not using it.

Perfect connection. Actually amplifies my stories or music in my vehicle. My old connector (thinner) was strictly weak mono sounding. This one (although may still be mono) is vibrant. Well worth the purchase. Just to put into context, I use a tape player in a 1999 Cadillac with a cassette adapter.

I have not used an adapter previously so I can't compare to other adapters. I use this adapter for headphones to a phone and also to a laptop. This slim inline design does not get caught on anything as I'd hoped. At first the connection and sound was good. After a few days the connection between my headphones and the adapter became less secure. The USB end is always good. Multiple connects and disconnects between headphones and the adapter were required to get a secure connection that didn't have static or was not dropping audio from right side or left. BUT, that lasted only a couple weeks. After more than a month there has been only a couple times this happened where I needed to twist the connection to find the "sweet" connection spot for a lasting perfect audio connection. A better connection is desirable, but this works with minimal annoyance with my awesome headphones. For the price, I do recommend this adapter.
