The stars are for the product delivery and condition, which was all good. Keeping in line with their Basics philosophy, this product from Amazon is a true basics, and I don’t mean in a nice wabi Sabi way- I mean the ordinary basics. The product cost is not basic, it’s close to INR 1000. The material used is cardboard inner form, plus the kind of synthetic material cover that is used for ordinary coat covers, ordinary computer covers and even carry bags. Take a closer look before purchase, if you’re ok with the materials used, then go for it because it serve the basic function. The sizes are ok, it stands firm once fixed so it serves the purpose of storage, but quality could be better. I was hoping they would line the boxes with atleast the cheapest cloth used for coat lining. Would I order it again? No!

I ordered the set of 6 boxes, and I recieved only 3 along with two extra cardboard box bases. And living in a remote area, and having a difficult job, doesn't leave me much time to return the products, and even then they send faulty products one in five times. It's just a necessity that I have to order from them despite substandard service. I am highly enraged. Quality wise: Not just that boxes are thin, fragile and of pathetic quality, buy from some indie brand, Amazonbasics is selling cheap, low quality materials under a non-reasonable price tag and it's not right.

I bought these organizers to sort socks by color and to organize the underwear for a child I take care of. Before, everything was mixed together, and now everything has its own place. The socks are separated by color, and the underwear is organized, which makes it very easy for him to grab what he needs.
