very easy to use
I got this to install an irrigation hose to a couple pecan trees i planted. I love how easy they are to install. i have used other types of connectors that are much more difficult to work with. this one goes on with little extra effort, no leaks, and seems very durable and well made.

Not that effective, particularly given the price/unit (>$7)
The order said 'package' of...There is only one and it didn't fit 1/2inch correctly. >$7 is not what I would spend on one coupler. Competitors have them at much more reasonable and work even better. Won't mention any brands here.

Very Strong, will not pull off the Drip Line
This product works very well when both drip lines are above the ground- as you can easily switch sides to get a better grip. A little harder when one side is in the ground. Once attached, it is guaranteed to hold under high water pressure. The drip line will burst before the compression fitting does.

Easy to install
These compression fittings are sooo much easier than the toothed ones.

Overpriced and old
The price of $7.33 is too high for only 1 coupler. Also, the coupler is 1.25 years old, and looks it. In Aug 2024 I bought a pack of 3 couplers on Amazon for $9.07. I assumed a re-order would be 3 couplers, and didn't notice the quantity was 1. I will look elsewhere if these are so high here.
