Fastronix Military Spec Battery Connectors- Positive Terminal

Solid terminal that cleans up the battery post if you have several wires connected. Has enough room to turn the nuts using common wrenches and sockets. Conducts voltage/amps vas good as the brass terminal it replaced on my 1970 Mustang. Some folks need to understand how basic parts & tools work. Bolts will strip if you over torque them just like any other fasteners and 1/2 inch drive socket will not fit but then again you shouldn't be wrenching on cars if you are using 1/2 inch sockets to tighten battery terminal fasteners.

First one I had the positive terminal turned black within a couple of months on one of my batteries but not on the other. I got a second one to try and so far so good after another couple months. Not sure what happened to the first one but some sort of chemical reaction with the materials made it brittle. Maybe it was a fluke and I'll have to come back and update this to 5 star later on.

Good solid product. Allows replacement of terminal without buying entire new positive or negative battery cable. Can attach several ring end terminal cables to post. My truck had three leads attached to the positive terminal and replacement cables were discontinued by the manufacturer. This solved the problem.

Product seemed well made but after 4 years both positive and negative terminals have cracked at the square edge where the nut tightens the clamping end. Now they won't hold tight any more and need to be replaced, I'm trying a different brand with a different design, hopefully they'll be stronger.

Awesome quality terminals. Fixed my bad connection issue I had at the battery. Highly recommend them!! Make sure you order one + & one - as they are different sizes for the negative & positive post's.
