I needed to update the outdated can light trim and bulbs to cleaner look and these fit my need perfect. The install took maybe a few minutes per light since they're each connected to your wifi for easy control. The downloaded app basically walks you through it for a simple install. Once complete you have several options to play around with to set your lights exactly how you like them. I thought the color changing would be something I wouldn't use a whole lot but I find myself changing the colors for a cool relaxing setting more and more. The changing lights to music is awesome. I would definitely recommend these lights if your looking for an update to what you have now.

They work fairly well

If you know how to hook up wi-fi lights and no you need 2G these are good not great you're going to have to replace them after a few years after 2 1/2 years the first one went then 3 years and now they've all gone all six of them in under 3 years they don't work anywhere else they were retested I'm kind of a Wi-Fi expert my whole house is hooked up they just have planned obsolescence so you'll have to buy these every 3 years definitely not worth it.

They turn on when they're not supposed to. I'll switch them off with the app and a minute later, they're back on again. Not worth the trouble.

The lights work great. I'm not nutz about the app but it does what it needs to do!

Purchased these on the Lumary site. Install is simple, once you have the recessed lighting canisters installed. PRO TIP- I struggled getting these to work with the Alexa app. But this made it simple: Once you add each individual light to the Lumary app, DO NOT create the light "groups" there. Go to the Alexa app and add the Lumary app via the "Skills" page inside Alexa app. Steps: Open Alexa app / tap on "More" / Tap on "Skills And Games" / Search for Lumary Lights / Tap on Lumary (by Smart Home) / Follow instructions to 'Link' your Lumary account to Alexa You will see the list of available lights - they can then be controlled individually or by Groups that you can create. Voice control then works easily and consistently!

I purchased 10 of these Lumary Smart Recessed Lights in February 2020. Initially, I was very pleased with them. Installation was straightforward, the brightness was good, and the smart features worked well. Unfortunately, over the next six years, every single light failed. Some stopped working completely, while others worked intermittently before eventually failing altogether. I followed Lumary’s recommended troubleshooting steps, including resetting the lights, verifying power, and reconnecting them, but nothing resolved the problem. Replacing all 10 recessed lights was both time-consuming and expensive. I expected a much longer service life from a permanently installed LED fixture. Consumers should understand that these lights may require complete replacement after several years of normal use. I hope Lumary improves the long-term reliability of these products and is more transparent about their expected service life. Smart lighting should not become disposable after only a few years.

Bought 14 of these and 4 have gone out, nice bright lights, we'll see how long the others last
