One Love gives a lovely dark-roast flavour with no trace at all of scorching or bitterness; bean quality counts for all coffees, and Blue Mountain isn't the only bean grown in Jamaica.

Arrived damaged! PLEASE REFUND!!
Smells lovely but arrived with a slit/hole in the packaging so I consequently had ground coffee all over my kitchen. Not clear who to contact as it says they don't do refunds, unless damaged (which this obviously is). Ordered a replacement as it was purchasped as an intended christmas gift so hopefully the next one will be OK and arrive in time.
