I have used Norton for years. However, I never purchase through automatic renewal as usually more expensive. So this version of Deluxe for 3 devices was absolutely ideal with next day delivery and I am good to go again for another year. Easy to download and synchronise as I already have a Norton Account. No disruption to my Back Up Set so seamless installation in my opinion (even using tethering via my phone mobile network). Great price of 16.23 plus 99p (for next day delivery and 1 week trial of Amazon Prime). Just brilliant to order it late evening and for it to be delivered before 9am the next day (and on my last day of previous Norton subscription). When installing you do have to agree to automatic renewal but you can easily cancel this is you want at any time. So great service, thank you very much.

Very good product. Full protection. In the last 20 years never had any hacking or any problem.Only small inconvenience; does slow down the computer. Small price to pay for safety.Easy to install. Good value for money if you don't renew on line.

I bought this to remove a virus from my PC. Alas:(i) after installing the software and scanning my PC to detect & remove the virus, it was not detected(ii) after installing the software I was no longer able to find and connect to any other websites, as all were blockedNAV support told me my browser (Chrome) was at fault which I knew was untrue.I uninstalled NAV and websites became available.This software was very cheap to buy but I discovered that it would only run if I signed up for a very very costly renewal subscriptionTo be avoided at all cost is my unavoidable conclusion

Always used Norton, and it still seems good to me, does everything it says on the tin. Always turn off auto renewal, and ignore their renewal offers as they’re vastly overpriced, just get a renewal licence like this each year. However it seems so convoluted to add this new licence to your existing account, then switch over your current installs. You have to go through umpteen steps on each machine separately in order to get each install to recognise the new licence, why it’s not just automatic is a mystery. Maybe I’m doing it wrong or making it more awkward, I’d love to hear if there’s an easier way!

Always good and safe…….BUT Watch out as they put a yearly subscription on… you have to physically go on your account and cancel.. otherwise these scam people charge you £100 .. so yes good reliable antivirus BUT scam subscription . Be aware

j'arrive à l'échéance du contrat et je le prix du renouvellement 89e acheter pas des voleurs ... le renouvellement automatique coûte de 90 à 100 €, autant dire une ... blinde! Depuis plus de 6 ans, jetait avec eux, jai etait prévenus le jour du prélèvement donc trop tard pour arrêter et impossible de les joindre pour être rembourser jai perdu 2h a chercher rien termine norton ,javai cocher la case pas de renouvellement ... jai payer 33e il y a presque 1 an regarder les plaintes super de perdre 90e pour un truc San donner autorisation

Es ist unverschämt, eine jährliche Verlängerung für knapp 90 Euro mittels Kreditkarte, PayPal oder Kontoabbuchung zu verlangen. Das Norton-Programm hat hier für das erste Jahr 28,99 Euro gekostet. Ich wünsche ein Programm für 1 Jahr und keine Verlängerung. Zur Verlängerung wird man aber gezwungen, denn sonst kann man das Programm nicht installieren. Daher geht die Sendung zurück an den Lieferanten.
