When moving one arm, the other is likely to follow, which can be a bit inconvenient. However, with a bit of patience, I managed to get my monitors into the desired positions.In terms of packaging, I was quite satisfied. The product arrived in a clean, white box with a tight fit, ensuring that the arm set was well protected during transit. This made me feel confident that my purchase was in good condition.One issue that I encountered was the screw at the center of the arm set. It isn't very solid and tends to get loose easily. I had to tighten it several times to make sure my monitors stayed in place. This is something that could be improved in future iterations of the product.On the other hand, the black paint on the arm set was nicely applied. I did not notice any areas that were not covered properly or unevenly, giving the arm set a professional and sleek appearance.Lastly, I experienced a slight issue with the VESA head, as it was a bit too thick to use the original screws provided by my monitor. However, the arm set came with its own set of screws, which worked perfectly for me. This was a minor inconvenience that was easily resolved.In conclusion, this dual spare arm set has a few minor issues, but it is still a functional product that gets the job done. Very happy with the purchase, quite sturdy and easy to install on the DM45 105cm stand. Made from metal. Worth the money.Please note I do not move my monitors at all so not sure what the experience is if you are constantly changing the position of the monitors.
