I was more than surprised with these. Definitely tactical, higher quality, perfect grip makes it a comfortable fit in your hand. Strong tip that makes glass breaking easy just in case you need to go there. Nice appearance in both colors. Plus you get extra pen refills to make this an even sweeter deal.

These pens write smoothly and easily clip onto my belt or lanyard. They come with more than enough refills, although I haven’t needed any yet. Very durable. The glass breaker on the end hasn’t been needed yet (thankfully) but it seems like it would work just fine. Not too sharp, so it won’t snag anything. Overall, excellent value!

I like the thicker diameter which helps my slightly arthritic thumbs. They are comfortable to write with and they are super grippy. The pens write well and the glass breaker makes a handy improvised scribe for when I'm fabricating steel stuff in the field. It's way more precise than soapstone and easy enough to see with a cutting shield on if I do a good job scribing.I also feel a little better having this on me when I encounter transients from tent city behind my work.Solid enough to work like a kubotan and I'm very confident this would be handy for self defense if you have a basic knowledge of krav maga, atemi or something like it.It writes well too!! After awhile the twist mechanism that extends the nib does get weak and that's annoying but for the price I can get more without sweating it. I miss my old pilot G2 but I get more use out of this one for less than what a pack of those go for. It lasts about as long as a pack of G2s last me with all the mooches at work. It's also seems to be less socially offensive when I ask for my pen back after lending it to someone. Not that I care what my moochy co workers think about me.

Love these pens. Well made and feel good in your hand. Like the ink. I use them all the time. My only dislike is that these (and all similar pens) with a glass-breaker cap could be painful to use in a tactical situation. I like my thumb on the cap, and in a tactical situation, I would end up with a hole in my thumb. If you are really going to use these pens for self defense, consider a version which has a flat cap that will not injure your thumb.

I work in the construction field and this is super handy. It attaches to my day pack in the molle straps.Someone swiped my first one, but had to re-order because I really like the feel.

Of the pair one of them seems nice and works fine. I wouldn't like it as an everyday pen, but for the pen you keep in the car it's fine. The other one had bad threads and looked a little rough inside. It feels like there is sand in the threads when you twist the pen in and out. I took it apart and tried cleaning it, but its still rough. It does work, so won't bother with returning it, but a little disappointed only one of the two was good.

when I received this pen, it was much better than I expected. I could put a spare one in the car for a rainy day. I wold clip the other one in my small notebook and follow me. The working principle of this pen is the same as any other excellent writing tools. Fluent. I really like medium sized pen, and its effect is very good. Besides, two pens have their own refills, and there are four refills for replacing. I think I can use them for a long time. and other aspects are very solid and light. when I want to protect myself, it will be a good tool.

Awesome pens and durability is exactly what they do. Ink fillers last long time and great value. Will order more at some point.

I use it for work and I get daily comments on how good it looks! Well crafted in aluminium, seems almost unbreakable, and having the recharges is useful, although I still don’t see after 3 months of daily usage when it’ll run out of ink!AA battery for size!

Heavy and good grip. The ink refills write very well and the ink doesn't bleed. I have not used the glass breaker carbide tip, however. I gifted one to my elderly mother for keeping in her purse and showed her all the ways she can use it, if required. This includes for self defense.My one issue with this is the knurled, textured grip. It is cut harshly and could irritate/scratch delicate hands that are not accustomed to handling rough tools.

Bought two. One is great the other is junk. It will not thread togeather like my other one does. I did purchase another pac of two. Now I have three very sturdy tools for EDC.

They're solid metal and quite hefty.Not the best for an office pen, but for carrying around for defense, as well as rugged use cases, these pens rock. 👍
