What a brilliant piece of kit not only because it’s very well made but being adjustable takes up virtually no space which is ideal for my home gym. Also the handle isn’t too thick unlike most kettlebells meaning exercises such as upright rows, shoulder workouts etc you are able to grip it with complete comfort. Excellent value for money as it’s equivalent to having 6 kettlebells.

I Purchased two sets of these. These Bowflex SelectTech dumbbells are easily one of the best additions to my home setup. I was tired of tripping over mismatched dumbbells and wasting time swapping plates mid-workout. These solved both problems in one go. The dial system is super smooth—just twist to your weight, lift, and go. It feels a little like unlocking a cheat code for home fitness. Whether I’m doing quick supersets or full-body workouts, it’s fast, efficient, and keeps things tidy. Build quality feels solid, and the grip is comfortable. The weights click in securely, so there’s no rattling or sketchy movement during use. It’s also way more compact than a full dumbbell rack, which is a huge win if you’re working out in a smaller space. Yeah, the price isn’t cheap—but when you consider you’re getting 15+ sets of dumbbells in one, it’s totally worth it. Plus, they just look cool. Bonus motivation. If you’re serious about training at home without cluttering your space, these are a no-brainer. Quietly awesome and super convenient.

Works as intended. Not super cheap but feels reasonable quality. Can’t comment on if it will last, but seems decent. Very easy to use and does what it’s supposed to. I’m happy with the purchase.

We wanted a set of weights that wouldn’t take up much space, felt comfortable in the hand, and were quick to adjust. We ended up buying two sets so we could train both arms simultaneously, and honestly, we’ve never used weights that adjust this fast, it takes seconds!, which is amazing. The grip feels secure and well‑designed too. I’d highly recommend these to anyone who likes their equipment to stay tidy and wants to spend less time fiddling with weight changes and more time actually working out.

I actually have two of these now, bought a second so I could train with two or if I have a training partner round. Both times I brought one it was on sale. Design: the shell for this product seems to be longer in drop than a standard kettle bell, the hand is a lot wider so makes some movements awkward. Reliability: I've never had any issues changing the weight value, it is smooth and works with ease. When doing kettlebell swings I worry the weight will come flying out but in over a year of use it never has so seems fairly secure. Value: Very very good for saving space, and providing a good variety of weights at a lower price point then buying them separately. Increments do not rise in fixed values which can annoying, for instance the sequence goes 11kg to 16kg then 18kg. Overall: Very Good value when I purchased at around £100each time, range of weights is good and system is easy to use. Only real issue is the width of handle is longer than standard Kettle bell which can change the why some movements may be done but any change should be only slight. I do use modular dumbbells (nuobell) and bar bell (bow flex) for training the majority of the time, but the kettle bell was the modular system I first purchased and it still comes in very handy, hence I brought a second.

Buy once and buy to last. This is a lovely piece of kit and well worth adding to the home gym. Very easy to use and compact. Bowflex also offers a free year of their training app with a hardware purchase, so the kettlebell pays for itself. Just remember to cancel the app subscription at the end of the year and then treat yourself to another piece of Bowflex kit for another free year.

Outstanding! We love this device. Makes working out easy, but with great results. 6 weeks in and both my wife and I love it. 2x daily workouts for each of us without leaving the bedroom! The adjustable weight function is a great idea. Solid construction. The weights hold on well. We had to leave the house for a week to watch grandchildren out of state and took it with us to maintain our work out schedule. We both feel a stronger core, glutes and thighs, as well as biceps - I’m seeing definition I have not seen in years. Don’t hesitate to- get this and get off your butt and start getting a life back. This will remove your excuses: affordable, no gym membership or “staring at you” at the gym, and one device that is itself a full set of kettlebells. We are 70+ and love this.

Okay, I bought 2 of these. Changing the weights works 'alright'. It really doesn't work perfectly. Especially not when you're in a workout and thus probably shaking / sweating / heavily breathing. In that case changing the weights won't go as smooth as you'd expect from a dumbell at this price level. The concept is great. But the materials used are insanely weak. It's all plastic. If you want to enjoy these dumbells for a couple of years, you'd better treat them as if they're made from glass. So no bumping, no dropping, and always using great caution when putting them back in the base, or when changing weights. Not what you'd want with dumbells. I seriously don't understand why Bowflex doesn't improve the materials they use. Or actually, I do understand. Bowflex is probably just in it for the quick sales.
