The real thing. Lifeway makes the best kefir available!
Lifeway's plain kefir is the real thing! Flavorful and tangy :) Btw, many brands sell you drinkable yoghurt, and label it as kefir, which it isn't. Making Kefir involves both bacteria and yeasts. Yoghurt is made with different bacteria, no yeast, and in a different process. I like both yoghurt and kefir, but if you are looking for authentic kefir, I have found none better than Lifeway's plain.
