Sorry,we miss N3X1D.One type of battery have many different part number.This battery work for E6540 and N3X1D.

Easier to just give you anew one as long as you still have it on your Amazon buying history Venders would hate to deal with complaints about something they sold on Amazon with Amazon. You get kicked to quick or put in the hard to find section if you do that. So Contacted them it works. hope it helps P.S. My battery still works fine.

I hardly use the computer and the battery does not hold energy for even an hour. How I can obtain a replacement or warranty support?

1 hour is terrible! You should either send the battery back or if it is not defective get a new laptop. Try cutting back on what you're running in battery mode, se if that makes a difference. At any rate I can say this; I get way longer on mine with this battery.
