I was bit of hesitant to buy this model after reading some reviews mentioning low bowl water level, but went ahead buying it anyway while having my fingers crossed. It came in 2 very well packaged carton boxes, nicely cushioned with heavy duty styrofoam all around, not even a smudge of damage. The toilet is well made and easy to install. After setup, fill in the water tank and first flush, gotta say the water level in the bowl looks definitely lower than my 25 year old American Standard. However, the bottom of the bowl actually is wider and deeper than the old toilet bowl. Which means majority of the solid waste will be well contained under the water. It’s amazing that every flush doesn’t use much water to move out the waste. Water refills fast and quiet.

Easy to install. Good flush performance with low water use. Clean look. The unique non-stick surface is OK, it still needs the usual cleaning. Very quiet flushing.

Just awful- ripping out all 3 I just installed, donating them and just bought kohler to replace. The water level is so low that it virtually guarantees there will be streaks after use. Esp with 2 little kids, it is a mess. The toilet itself works fine and dual flush is a great idea but level just too low.Was frustrating dealing w toto too- they strung me along saying they will go to management to see if there could be compensation. After 4 follow up phone calls, emails and sending in pics as requested, never heard back. Wish they had just said nothing could be done and not waste my time.

If you ever installed one, you know what I mean. Everything that goes in the tank is mounted in the tank (the bolts that hold the tank to the bowl are in a bag along with the washers and the gasket that goes between the tank and the bowl. Install the bowl to the drain flange (the issue there was my flange, not the bowl). bolt the tank to the bowl with the included "nuts", attach the supply line. Follow the instructions and Bob's your uncle, you're done. Very well made toilet, Once you've owned a TOTO you'll regret installing anything else. Don't ask me how I know.

First time buying Toto because I heard good things about this brand, and this model in particular. Not disappointed at all. The installation was fairly simple. I didn't need to read the instructions at all, just some basic tools. Keep in mind the complexity of this process depends on the condition of your existing toilet flange. If you have to repair a very old, worn out flange, that may complicate things. The fact that it is dual flush was one of the features I was looking for. Now we're saving water (much better than the old toilet this one replaced for sure). Also appreciate the fact that Amazon put some extra packaging for shipping purposes, I received the product (2 boxes: tank and bowl) fully intact (I had previously purchased two toilets from HomeDepot and both arrived broken. Didn't lose any money, but the experience was just horrible. In fact they offered me 10% off on a re-order, which I refused). The wife and kids are happy, I'm happy. Now I have to see how this thing performs in the long run.

It started with getting a bidet that did not fit our regular toilet, and ended with me wondering why this toilet isn't the standard.When products claim to have a coating for easy cleaning, I usually brush aside the claim and expect I'll be cleaning as normal in no time. However; this toilet has it literally baked into the porcelain and I am still amazed at how hydrophobic the bowl is. When I come home from work and go to use it, the bowl is completely dry and spotless, every time. A simple flush is all you need to clean it and I will probably get rid of my toilet brush since you can't use one anyways.Right the first time install. Quick setup with my powered bidet. Unreal clean. Buy this toilet. 5 stars and a HUGE recommendation.

The bowl is very shallow, so there is a tendency to have splashing onto the rim. Likewise nearly every time the bowl has solids there is residue stuck to the bowl even after several flushes. Toto makes a good product just not the best design on this one. I would pay more attention to bowl design in the future.

I love the look of this toilet bowl. Very sleek and modern looking. I also love the option to use less or more water, depending on your needs. Great way to save water. It's very quiet.
