I love this watch colour green is so rich it's beautiful so glad I bought it ... The only thing is I can't get the second hand to move yes I got a booklet but I can't see the righting ... If anyone can help me to get this going I would be very grateful ...

When I received the package I was absolutely astonished to find the box empty. I have been told that I will not receive a refund and to report it to the police which I have done. The package arrived completely in tact. It had not been opened, there was no reason to suspect that the watch was not going to be in the package. This empty box which I have is costing me £279.14. I will continue pursuing the matter!!!!

Treated myself to this for a landmark birthday. Unusual colour (light blue) and strap design, and of course the lovely Swarovski swan logo and diamanté trademark. Love it. I agonised over spending the money but don’t regret it one iota.

Beautiful watch however when it arrived there were imperfections in the outer crystal. These got worse with time. Took the watch into a store who said it was a manufacturing fault and a repair or replacement should be offered from who I bought it from. Contacted Amazon who despite being advertised as the official store could not repair it via the warranty but offered a refund so I could rebuy it. Once the refund was issued the price jumped nearly £100 meaning I could not buy it for the original price I paid. I liked this watch and would have rather had a repair which had it been bought through an actual store would have been possible
