This cheese is one of the best mature cheddars I've ever had. Really tangy, sharp flavour you would expect but also reassuringly crumbly, soft texture at at reasonable price. But....£16.11 on 12th March for 1kg. Now, on 30th March, 1kg is £18.95. A very large increase in a very short period of time.Has anyone else noticed that prices of goods on Amazon, and other market place sites, increase when you go to reorder??

Good value for money, good quality, good flavour strength, delivered quickly.

The cheese arrived in good condition with a frozen gel pack to keep it cool. It tasted just as a mature cheddar should - sharp, creamy and nutty. Its texture is crumbly and it made wonderful cauliflower cheese and macaroni cheese and was just as good served with crackers and pickle. I cut the block into 4 and clingfilmed and wrapped in foil then froze 3 pieces; defrosting in the fridge and bringing to room temperature. I shall certainly buy it again and would recommend to anyone who likes a good cheddar.
