Can circle home be plugged into a network switch or does it have to be the router?

I plug mine into a managed Unifi switch and have it running on a dedicated "kids" SSID.

Hi, do I need a certain router that is compatible or will it work with an older netgear nighthawk router?

Circle works with most Netgear Nighthawk routers without issue, but there are some that may need some additional configuration.
