Great product for my little league team it does throw 12u hard balls

Horrible! The feeder motor and wheel make a god awful noise. The wheel on the ball feeder has an awful vibrate sound also. Two sounds that are very noisy.

The pitching machine motor burned out after the fourth time I used it. Once you set the aim level it would slide down due to the weight of the machine. It was annoying stopping to set the level over and over again. Probably best to spend the extra money for a more durable machine.There is a foam roller on the automatic ball feeder that tore apart. It could have easily been made of rubber but they chose to go cheaper. This will be the second part request and I've only had the machine 2 months.

After days of reviews chose this one. Even after tightening with appropriate tools machine vibrated like crazy. Pitched first 12 balls not like advertised, then on 14th pitch it quit quit working altogether. Also washers had thread Mark's on them already as it was already used and marked as new from this company

I got this for my son and it’s terrible. It is super inconsistent and has hit my son many times when the machine is faced away from him I would not recommend buying this item!!

Update; from 1 star to 5 star. I contacted the seller and they were prompt. They told us to inflate the tire when it's vibrating loudly. They also said there's only one detent button, and that is the one on the back left side of the machine. We had moved the detent button on the right side of the machine to the front. It works much better. I appreciate their immediate response. The ball sometimes gets stuck and doesn't fall into the hole; we just need to push the ball. We decided to keep it. This is very disappointing. We received it with missing parts, it gets loud when you set it from 8-10. The feeder usually doesn't work. I'm returning it as I don't think it's worth $549.

The machine is solid. All metal very heavy. Assembled easily. I like the 8 seconds between pitches, works well. The wing nut adjustment to raise or lower needs some work as it drifts upward and often needs adjustment down. Saying that perhaps it will improve/break in with use. My twin boy & girl (12) love it and bat every day. Normally they have it on 7 and it comes in faster than little league. My batting cage is approximately 25-30 feet long and it is a perfect length. The item took longer than it should have to arrive but it was worth it. It’ll pitch standard baseballs but my kids are happy with the pitching machine balls. In my case I would love it if the machine was on rollers. I may add that next summer. Now I’m just hoping the machine will last a few summers! Promising so far.
