We were looking for a food storage container which would not stain, like plastic does. These ones fit the bill. They are square, which is the first thing I was looking for in new containers to make the most of our narrow fridge. Round containers waste so much space.In choosing glass containers, it is good to know that the lids are not dishwasher, microwave or oven safe, but the containers are.The groove in the bamboo lid allows me to stack containers on top of each other in the fridge and they DON'T slide around. Many other products I was looking at did not have that important groove, allowing them to slide off each other, when bumped. The same size containers stack on each other well. For not in-use storage: they all nestle within each other, with two small containers fitting inside the largest, a MUST for space saving.The gasket is easily removable for in-depth cleaning, though I clean the lids with it attached. The lids are solid raw bamboo, therefore I recommend cleaning them as you would a wooden cutting board; do not submerge them or allow them to sit in water. Dry them flat so that they will not warp. I put a coat of beeswax on the lids just as a protective barrier.The only downside is with glass, they are much heavier than their plastic counterparts, which goes for ALL glass storage containers, not just this company's.The customer service is spectacular. When we received our order, one of the gaskets stuck to the container, causing it to rip when removed. We contacted the company and they responded within minutes that they would send a new gasket. After waiting a while, and not receiving anything, we contacted them again & was answered within minutes, that our request would be reprocessed with expedited shipping. They apologized and sent two whole new containers, including lids & gaskets. What a surprise. We will be replacing our plastic food storage containers with glass ones exclusively from this company.

The containers and lids are much better than I thought they might be so not over-priced at the time I purchased. The seal is good now but I could see this might be an issue at some time when the rubber disintegrates-not if bc rubber seals always disintegrate over time. I have used rubber bands- sometimes several to recreate a better seal on other items. Now let me address complaints I read from others regarding mold- don't let this dissuade you from a purchase. Bamboo is a natural material so things that happen in nature will occur- moisture from food with a tight lid creates that environment for natural material to grow mold. Hot steamy bathrooms do this too. Try this. Besides cleaning in sink full of hot soapy water then rinsing- add acidic property to act as mold deterrent: fill a spray bottle with 1 cup of water and 3 tbsp. white vinegar, spray your lids, let it sit 10 minutes then wipe with clean towel. This is safe- NOT like injecting bleach in one self. Enjoy being a better consumer and know someday our containers will be vintage products on Etsy while plastic lids will be cracked and broken in a landfill somewhere!

Can't say I have ever envisioned myself writing about food storage containers being sexy, but they kinda are.The glass feels stout and plenty durable. The bamboo lids go on easily and you feel good doing it. Although I haven't actually tested it, I seriously doubt they are leak proof. (I would advise against throwing the leftover SpaghettiOs® into your knapsack in these containers. That would be a major lunch fail. ) The included utensils are cute, but I doubt I will ever use them. I might just drop them behind my fridge to leave as a little surprise gift for the next tenants.Only gripe and reason for a missing star is the lack of depth in these things. Yeah, I know...product description let me know in advance how deep these were and I should cut 'em some slack on that, but I don't usually have a tape measure or a ruler within reach. So... no soup for you. Another 3/4" of depth on these beauties would really be a peach.

I want to complain and i never write reviews but in extremely upset that my bamboo lids have mold on them and i clean them thoroughly every time i use them but that is absolutely disgusting. Specially now that im pregnant that can cause any illness cause of the bacteria that it carries. And adding to that the price which is super expensive and for the mold to happen is just not acceptable.UPDATE:Even though i wrote this review. The company GRAMERCY was kind enough to reach back to me after i emailed them and send me an entire new set. Im very please with how nice and generous they were since i was only expecting new lids, they send an entire new set!! So beacuse of this i want to give them a 5 star customer service hoping this time they dont mold.

I like these storage containers a lot.The sizes are very nice. From big to small, fits our leftovers nicely.I’ve been using them to make refrigerator pickles (cucumbers, cabbage etc) and it has been ok except for the fact that they leak.DEFINITELY not air tight but works for my purposes.I used red cabbage this time and I’m pretty sure the beautiful bamboo lids got stained. It makes sense that they did. I wish I would have thought about that before.There are great looking dishes, the glass is quite thick and serve well as containers.*I’ve not used them to microwave anything and I also hand wash them so not sure how they would do in the dishwasher.

I liked everything about this product BUT until it arrived I did not realize that it is not dishwasher or microwavepossible. For my friend who uses both often, this product would not be used much. I don't remember reading anything about this on line and maybe I overlooked it. I am puzzled why the glass cannot be put in a microwave or a dishwasher. If anyone knows the answer to that, let me know.It comes boxed beautifully for a gift and efficiently and safely so it does not break, but not useful for a busy house person using both the microwave and the dishwasher, especially during covid

J'ai décidé de diminuer ma consommation de papier film et j'ai trouvé cette belle alternative.Le verre est vraiment épais, de qualité, les couvercles sont beaux , en bambou, avec un rebord en caoutchouc pour bien fermer.Ce que j'ai bien aimé c'est l'élastique avec les couverts en bois comme ça je l'utilise pour mon repas au travail. C'est juste parfait et ça évite d'utiliser du plastique, c'est bien plus hygiénique.Le plat peut être chauffé au micro ondes (sans le couvercle).Un excellent achat. Je l'utilise tous les jours même pour stocker un reste au frigo.

Hola a todos.He comprado estos tapers porque me he mudado a otra ciudad a trabajar y necesitaba de diferentes tamaños. Realmente no puedo estar más contento, ya que por este precio nunca he encontrado nada mejor.Me los suelo llevar al trabajo y están genial. Se cierra muy cómodo y sus diferentes tamaños son los adecuados para el uso que les doy.La verdad que al ser de bambú siempre los lavo a mano, nunca los he metido en el lavavajillas.Por último, algo que me gusta también es su correita y los cubiertos que trae para llevar los tapers fuera, puesto que les doy mucho uso.No los recomiendo para líquidos, pero en general me están encantando.

Questi contenitori di vetro con coperchio in bambù sono stupendi, li ho presi perchè mi servivano dei contenitori come questi da usare anche come teglie per le cotture in forno e devo dire che fanno il loro lavoro alla perfezione.Sono di 4 dimensioni diverse e impilabili, il coperchio chiude molto bene ma bisogna far attenzione agli ingredienti liquidi perchè potrebbero fuoriuscire, per il resto sono perfetti, ideali soprattutto da portare fuori casa nei pic nic, infatti all'interno troviamo anche 3 posate super comode.Li ho scelti anche perchè oltre che andare nel forno si possono utilizzare in congelatore, adoro preparare i miei gelati light e tenerli sempre pronti nel contenitore più piccino, è una perfetta monoporzione.Sono soddisfatta dell'acquisto e mi sento di consigliarlo!

Va au congel comme au micro onde, et ça, c'est quand même bien cool !Pour le repas du midi au taf, le petit système avec l'élastique et les couverts en bambou est super bien pensé ! Ho acquistato questo set di contenitori in vetro con coperchio in bamboo per portarmi il pranzo in ufficio.Oltre ai 4 contenitori di misura diversi, è presente anche un set di posate in bamboo e un elastico per il trasporto del contenitore.Il tappo in bamboo ha la chiusura ermetica, quindi è idonea per la conservazione del cibo.Sono super soddisfatta!
